I chose this company based on the Angie's List and Yelp reviews. My experience started with awesome customer service when scheduling my appointment. I can't remember the lady's name but I called twice and both times the service was on point.
Rick and Lance were our techs. I had a morning appointment and they arrived on time. They walked us through their procedure before getting started. We have a small home and the process took about three hours. The techs were thorough and professional, thanks for a job well done. Explained that they had to change how they originally were going to do the process because my furnace was different than expected. Never showed any kind of frustration that things were different than expected and they tackled it with a great attitude. They cleaned up everything as if they hadn't even been there. I was extremely satisfied with Amistee. The person or people (unfortunately I don't remember their name/s) that I spoke with in the office were very informative and answered all my questions. They called me a day ahead of time to confirm my appointment. On the day of my appointment they called to inform me of the anticipated arrival time. Barry and Jake arrived at the anticipated time. They were very professional and explained to me what they were going to do. They used clean tarps and shoe covers so they would not get our carpets dirty and went about their business. Rick and Roy explained everything and showed me before and after pictures of the ducts. They also showed me the dirt on the duct when they cut the piece out of it. They were very friendly and tried to make it a fun experience. They covered their shoes and put tarps down to prevent any dirt from getting on the floors or carpet. I would recommend Amistee to anyone! The specialists who came to our house were professional, polite and kept everything as clean and neat as possible. When I was calling around for prices, I thought their quote was higher at first, but when I factored in all the "hidden" costs all the other places added on, Amistee was similar to other places and they were so professional, I would have hired them even if they were more!
