The Amistee team of Melvin Buckner and Greg Malec did a super job of cleaning all the duct work, including the ducts that are buried in the concrete floor in the lower level. They were courteous and careful to protect wall corners and floors as they moved the equipment and hoses from room to room. I strongly recommend their service. Honestly, who looks forward to having their dryer vent cleaned? I was prepared for a long day of waiting and service guys who wanted to be in and out. To my complete and utter delight this was not what happened! To start with, Tyler and Jacob showed up right on time and even wore covers on their shoes. They explained the entire process, took their time, answered all my questions and even provided before and after pictures. They were tidy and incredibly polite. This is the first time we did the air duct cleaning, so the review is not about a comparison to others' service. The cleaning crew, Joe and Jeff, are very professional and at the same time, easy to talk with. Lots of stuff, including a ping-pong ball, came out of the duct. Melvin and Jacob from Amistee were absolutely wonderful! I have never met more professional, kind, thorough, and knowledgable service men. They did an amazing job and left our house with clean and disinfected ducts as well as air. They were on time (a huge plus!!) efficient, and let me know how they were going to do the job and showed me the work once complete. They made sure the dogs were ok and not frightened as they worked through the house as well. An outstanding company with exceptional employees. On 7/29/15 Amistee Air Duct Cleaning cleaned out all of our air ducts and did a very good job. We had never had this done before and did not know what to expect. Jackie Barr and her assistant were very professional and took great care with the house and furnishings. They cleaned up after and put everything back in place. As they were working they explained exactly what they were going to do and when they were finished they showed us pictures of before and after the cleaning. They even showed us how they filled the duct cleaning holes with plugs so that the same holes could be used again for duct cleaning. I am so glad we went with Amistee. Jackie and her assistant were such pros they even made an equipment patch (just like MacGuiver) and kept on working while waiting for a replacement part to arrive. I would call them again any day.
