I had a major water loss and Servpro recommended Amistee to complete that part of the loss. Amistee called within a few hours to set up an appt. Melvin and Robert arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. Melvin explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They were very thorough and even replaced my furnace filter which I didn't expect! I would use this company again and recommend them to my friends. This was our first experience with Amistee Air Duct Cleaning. Melvin and Rob did a professionally superb job. Jake and Robert arrived as they said they would and came to the front door with" green shoe covers" in hand! They had been recommended by our neighbor who used them. They were so professional, answered all our questions and left everything as they found it (except the dirt!). It was all done in a timely fashion. My parents plan to use them now. Also we had an electrician working in our house and he asked for their card! He said he would be calling them in the very near future. Thank you! Tyler and Matt were pleasant and professional. Tyler explained the process, showed me before and after pictures, changed the furnace filter, and swept up. They put a tarp on the floor to protect it from the hoses. They also put foam between the hoses and the doors to protect the doors. They also put coverings over there shoes. Melvin, Grant and a new trainee Austin were the techs who were assigned to clean my vents. I've never used any service similar to this so it was a new experience and when Melvin asked if I was satisfied after the job was complete, I said yes, but I have nothing to compare it to. This group were extremely courteous, very friendly and explained what they were going to do and answered any question I had. After they left I dusted and vacuumed and the only nasty mess was behind the furnace itself. My only real disappointment was I was expecting one of those camera's that took pictures inside the vents throughout the home/system. (Since all my vents are in the slab I was hoping to get an idea of how they look, if there were any breaks, cracks, etc). They are a bit pricey but it's something you only need to do every 3-5 years and I'm sure I'll have it done during that time frame again, or as I told Melvin when I get new carpet. I did use Amistee Air Duct Cleaning because of the great reviews I've read on the internet. I'm happier knowing my vents are cleaner because I don't know if this house has had it done in the past. Great job on the duct cleaning. Jackie and Jacob were extremely professional and endlessly courteous about answering my questions. They were in and out in just a couple of hours even though the ducts in my home had never been cleaned since it was built in 1991, I could hear the junk being removed throughout the house by way of the vacuum. My home was left in excellent condition and would recommend the service to anyone who is even mildly thinking about clearing out the built up gunk in their home air ducts. They were considerate of our wood floors and explained the process thoroughly and made sure that I understood what to expect before, during and after. Amistee Air Duct Cleaning did an excellent job on our system and they could not have been more user friendly. They left no mess, showed care and concern while moving any furniture that got in their way, and were in and out of the house in a little over an hour and a half. Josh and Brad were our cleaning specialists and not only would I use them again, but I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a cleaner house.
