Called and spoke to Cynthia to get someone quick we had a broken pipe water all over. She was super helpful and very professional! Felt relieved. She gave me appt time and Justin showed up to early afternoon. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took care of replacing pipe quickly. He knew his job well. We were happy and thanked him. Cindy was very helpful in scheduling our visit from the plumber & Daniel needed only to take a look @ the leaking faucet to know what correction was req. When he replaced the entire faucet he also found that the pipe that had been there was illegal! As to the leaking shower, unfortunately it ended up needing much more work, which he told us about, & requires an extra trip. Jeremiah did a clean job and exactly as he quoted in the estimate. He was very careful when installing my gas line even while it was storming. First the office staff was professional, helpful and timely;. The technician was also and on time which was important when having leaks. However, he had to come back several times to fix the initial valve problem. Not sure if he did not have the proper parts or what. I was not there.
