Finding a reliable company in the trades today is not easy as most are very busy. Thus with to much business customer responsiveness is lacking. Had a few plumbing issues and finding a company that would handle all my needs was a challenge. Based on the reviews I called Allens Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised. I called an actually in couple of rings I spoke to the pleasant Marissa who took the time to understand my needs and told me that I would get a call back from the scheduler within 20 minutes. Wow I actually spoke to a human being vs. a computer...score one. Then Cynthia call me back and was very professional and friendly. Again she assured me they could take care of my issues including recommending a replacement toilet with a strong flush along with handle my other issues. They were able to schedule a time for the plumber JP to come out an do an assessment the next day. Next day Cynthia calls and asks if JP can come out earlier, which is great. JP arrives on time and I explained my needs said he can handle all of it and provides a quote. I say let get this done and he proceeds to remove and replace my widespread bathroom faucet. Done no leaks and it works. Then he provide the parts to repair my toilet in the guest bathroom...done. Then he leaves to pick up the replacement toilet from the supplier and returns in less than an hour and proceeds to install the new toilet...it works much better than the old one. I don't leave very many Reviews, but Allens Plumbing was the best call I ever made. From the folks that answer the phone to the Tech (Sam M.) arriving onsite and answering all my questions that I had. Sam M. arrived onsite promptly, was very curtious and preformed my Water Heater and Kitchen Disposal replacement on the same day, with no incidents. He always answered or returned my calls with questions I had, after the repair was completed. I like them so much I signed up for the yearly Support agreement, Thats how much I trust Allens Plumbing. My Plumbing technician Randy was specially requested to return and repair the leak in my bathtub. He was accompanied by his younger son Zion both times to slowly learn dad's trade.. The father & son team were polite, & professional. He went out of his way to find an almost obsolete part required for my condos 44/yr old plumbing. I felt comfortable & confident with the repairman I hired. He showed me the company's Mercedes working van that was a workshop/tool shed on wheels. The customer support staff and Dispatcher were patient, polite, helpful and courteous during my week long interactions with them. My upstairs and downstairs bathroom sinks were backed up. I called Allen’s Plumbing for help and everyone I dealt with provided excellent, professional service. I received an accurate time when the technician would show up to the house and the technician arrived on time. Technician Justin Robello was especially thorough with explaining what steps he would have to take to clear the drains. Ross Waniolek did an excellent job of installing a disposal, and clearing a huge clog in my kitchen drain. His bid was one third the cost of another plumber that had been working with me, and his work was much faster and more thorough. He assessed and solved the problem very quickly and efficienly. I've been on Maui for 38 years, and have used many plumbers and Allen's has been consistently the most dependable plumbing service that I've worked with. Hands down, the best on Maui. I would highly recommend Ross Waniolek and Allens Plumbing. I had an underground propane gas leak. Ross was able to completely remove and replace my entire gas line having to remove and replace both significant areas of grass and cut through a sidewalk, all within just a couple days. He replaced all the grass and sidewalk and within a couple days, you couldn't even tell anything had occurred. Thanks Ross.

Sam M. showed up on time and worked extra hard to replace our water heater. He explained everything he was doing, was very professional and friendly and cleaned up after himself when the job was done. Our water heater is in a very tight space and he, along with a co-worker, really put in 110% effort to get that thing in there just right. I couldn't be happier with Allens Plumbing, but especially with Sam M. and Mark, his co-worker.
I will also give a shout-out to Kani, the boss-man at the operation; he was very quick to give me a call back and give me verbal and written quotes, explaining my different options, and answering all my questions.

If you have a plumbing problem I would highly recommend Allens Plumbing. I had a leak under the kitchen sink and could not tell where it was coming from so I called Allens Plumbing for the first time. They said they could have someone over to the house in the next 3 hours. Service Specialist Bennett Peters arrived within that time and had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes. Some of my drain pipes were also clogged so he took them all apart and we cleaned them all before finshing the job. Very professional and a great guy. When I recieved the bill I was pleasently surprised at the total considering I called another plumbing company 6 months ago and the bill was double the amount I payed.
