George is a GREAT guy I called for an ESTIMATE of repair I needed which he could NOT do he said he had to call another person to do the estimate??!! SERIOUSLY?! When I called I said SPECIFICALLY I needed an "estimate" NOT repair a waste of TIME (HIS & MINE)/$$ (I still had to PAY for him coming for NOTHING!!). The guy who'd come I wouldn't pay for BUT it's HUMBUG! My time is valuable and it was a waste then dealing with ANOTHER repairman at HIS schedule is NOT mine when I need this repair. I called the office complaining the girl said it wasn't right would have the manager call me. Well it's been "2" days and no call back!! George M. 05/11/14 |

We have had an account with Allens Plumbing over the years. Our home is not new and we knew that plumbing problems would arise. Allens offers a discount on their services if you sign up for this special arrangement. Recently our water catchment pump failed and Giovanni of Allens Plumbing quickly arrived assessed the problem, ordered the part and returned to fix the problem even staying late to make sure we had the water working. When we failed to throe the proper switch we called Allens and Giovanni immediately returned the night to make sure we were operational. Thank you Giovanni ! Also he explained that if we planned on staying in home for a long time it would be good to add this certain device that would reduce the hard water of a catchment system from clogging our pipes. He gave a clear explanation of how it works. If we do stay we'll probably get it. We are very pleased with our service and price from Allens Plumbing and Giovanni. Thank you Giovanni D. 05/07/14 |

I don't think we've ever had this kind of awesome plumbing treatment before, EVER! A previous company not only did not unclog our bathtub but had the audacity to charge us full price as well.

Allen's Plumbing has come to my rescue twice thus far this year. Andrew M was the technician both times and on both occasions went beyond the call of duty. I appreciated Andrew's advice and recommendations to prevent future plumbing nightmares. I also appreciated Andrew's efficiency, thoughtfulness, pleasant & courteous demeanor, and that he did not damage other parts of my house like other workers did (electricians, handyman, and refrigerator removers). I found all the staff the I interacted with very friendly and helpful: Kaui, Richard, Isaiah, Jasmine, and Kainani. Allens Plumbing was recommended to me by my contractor Ellis, Inc.. They were in immediate contact and advised us 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive that they were on the way. Andrew McClure not only took extreme advantage of an elderly woman with a solution to a clogged drain (which had cleared itself because of a single piece of small copper) by ripping up the shower, but he also was very insulting and antagonistic on the phone to me, was late to his calls, and in previous instances did not do the work correctly.
