My AC went out. Completely stopped working. It couldn't have happened at a worse time. The temperature out was 115 degrees. I have 2 small children and a small dog. I thought we were going to die. I found this company online. I just knew it would be impossible to get a representative to my home within a timely manner, as I was SURE that I was not the only one going thru this with the heat wave that struck. To my astonishment, the company had a representative to my home within 1 hour. The AC was up and running within 2 hours of my initial contact with the company. The gentleman they sent to me, Itzhak, was knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He did an excellent job. We are STILL ALIVE, COOL AND COMFORTABLE, Thanks to Itzhak and Air Supply. I had a problem with my a/c and had 2 other companies come to my house and they tried to tell me that I needed to replace my system. I then called AIR SUPPLY and they came over and told me that the system wasn't old enough to replace and it would be more cost efficiant for me to just fix what was broke. First thing I want to say is FINALLY an Honest HVAC company. I called to make the appointment with them on Wednesday and David (which I found later on is the Lead Tech) told me that they could have a tech at my house on Friday from 8am to 10am which was way too early for me so he Kindly offered to delayed it to 10am to 12pm. Which worked out great for our schedule with the kids going to school and everything. At 9:55am one of their Tech Adam showed up BEFORE the time that was arranged. Which I think is a nice surprise since most HVAC places in VEGAS say 10 to 12 but they really mean 11:55. Adam was very helpful in explaining the services and what was included. What he'll be doing and when it'll be done. Adam gave me all the information that I needed to make a great decision for my family's need. With two young children in the house and with all the dust and virus going around it's good to know that a company like Air Supply Train their Tech's like Adam so extensively. There was no up selling, no pushing you to buy this or that. I asked he answered but at the same time Adam gave me options on how to save money in the long run and what would help my house more in the future. We might of had one slight confusion with the Yelp Voucher but that was handle right away by David and on top of that he gave me an additional discount. The only advise that I might offer is please call them before purchasing the Voucher so that no other confusion might get in the way of their great services. What more can you ask from a HVAC company. Early for the job, Well trained Techs, Fast, well mannered, no up selling or pushing & straight forward. I definitely would recommend Air Supply to all my family and friends. I know that for any future HVAC repairs or problems they'll be the only company I can trust and call. One last note.
