This is my second time doing business with this company. I was very satisfied with the first time. This time I replaced my home HVAC system with Amana. One of the AC units died on me after 12 years (YORK). I have very positive experience all the way: from making appointment for estimate; negotiating the reasonable price with technician and with the owner; delivery and complete installation. This was really a big job, 2 units and 9 hours installation. It was a long day indeed. I would highly recommend this company for HVAC home business. Very professional and very efficient. These guys did an excellent job with my house! I just bought the home and the ducts needed some cleaning as did the dryer vent. When they got to the dryer, the previous home owners had the washer/dryer swapped in a way that the gas line was stretched to its max. Technician's name was Lance, he was prompt and on-time, gave me estimates on what i needed, his work was also done efficiently. Customer service was great too! Deb was super at getting everything set up and providing me with answers to all my questions about having our air ducts cleaned. Their wonderful technician (sorry I can't remember his name) came out, gave us a couple of options about things that could be done and then took care of everything. Two years ago, I had Air Supply do a maintenance check and air duct cleaning on our condo. Two days ago, we moved into a home we purchased and called on Air Supply to perform the same service. Michael's 25+ years of experience was very evident at the outset. Bottom line was, because our new home was 18 years old and the A/C system showed it, we decided to replace it. I've been dealing with Air Supply for YEARS but NOT because the might be the cheapest. They are fair and VERY RELIABLE. I just had a 3.5ton Carrier system installed in my upstairs by Jose and Victor. They treated my home like it was a spotless palace and completed the entire job in 5.5 hours. I watched them do some of the work and I have some a/c knowledge. These guys are METICULOUS professionals. As if my 18 year old York knew the guys from Air Supply were here, my downstairs compressor started making noises. I replaced the capacitor but I suspect I'll have Air Supply back soon to replace it with another Carrier. BTW, I did get quotes from 2 others. They were both higher and one of them failed to even see if my return could handle the larger unit I wanted. Almost forgot to mention that yesterday Ryan replaced a bad capacitor for my downstairs fan motor and made it a no charge part of my new unit purchase. With the weather heating up in Vegas, I figured it would be a good idea to get the air conditioning tuned up. I had replaced the filter myself recently and thought it would be necessary to have the air ducts cleaned. I also knew that the foam insulation on the cooling pipes needed replacement. I set up my appointment a week in advance over the phone. When the time came the technician arrived within minutes of calling. He was very polite and answered my questions. He told me the duct cleaning was not needed. The quote for the tune up was on special $39. Included was the pipe insulation replacement. At the end of the work the price quoted was the price charged. That's honesty no up selling or overcharging. Now my air conditioner unit is cooling the house down faster. I had called another company to get a quote before calling Air Supply. These other folks wanted $220. I am definitely calling Air Supply again. My technician told me to save my invoice in case I have any home warranty issues in the future. I just replaced a 20 year old heater and air conditioning unit at my home. I had a very positive experience with Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning heating. Lance is a very capable technician and my experience could not have been more positive. They completed the job in one day and removed my old unit from the premises. Lance came out to complete a heater tune up that was advertised for $35 this past weekend. He arrived within the 4 hour window that I was provided and a courtesy call was received about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. When he got here I directed him to the unit and there he did his thing checking the unit and making sure it was in working order (including some tests to ensure the unit shut off automatically when the lines disconnected). He also checked the thermostat at the end. He advised everything was in working order and the unit should have a good number of years ahead. He was very courteous and genuine in the job and did not push for anything I did not need. This was definitely a good experience and a company that I know I can rely on in the future. Michael came out today with his assistant to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. When he got here, he told me it didn't need to be done for another year! He not only saved me money, but cleaned my dryer vent and fixed the dryer hose at no cost. I have rarely seen such honesty and courtesy as I did this morning. We were having the same problem year after year with dust in our home and no matter how much we cleaned, the dust would begin to accumulate. We changed our home air filters regularly, but to no avail. Finally we saw the ad in the newspaper for Air Supply and called. An appointment was made and Shawn came to clean our ducts and check our heaters. The biggest thing was cleaning our dryer vent; it was almost completely plugged. Dryer fire avoided. That being taken care of, the next big improvement made was installing electrostatic filters. All in all we had a great experience with Air Supply.
