I recently moved to town,not knowing who to call to come and check out our A/C unit and clean the vents.I am Very glad that I picked Air Supply.The guy that came to do the job was knowledgeable,polite,and told me that our vents didn't even need to be cleaned.In a world of Everyone over charging people,charging for things that don't need to be done,it is refreshing to find a company that does a great job and doesn't stick it to ya!!!It is also refreshing to have the A/C up and running. First I need to apologize for being so upset with with company. Air supply knows my situation with my so called landlord, air supply cares about their customers and always keeps in touch with you and always very kind. The girls in the office should get awards for outstanding customer service. Their technicians are the same the owner is fantastic and there service and repairs are outstanding. In addition to our last great experience we had Air Supply's Michael Barnes here for a thorough cleaning of our central air system. This was never done by the prior home owners so there was a severe dust problem we couldn't put our finger on. Moved into our new house April 2016. Lucky to have a good builder and the house was finished three months early. Lance came out and went over every nut and bolt of the new air and furnace system. Made some suggestions and approved of everything he saw. He was there almost two hours and left with only a $75 charge. My husband had to be at work and was nervous that they would take advantage of me bc i was alone. But Ben was so nice to even talk to my husband on the phone and fill him in on everything. This company is amazing! When our AC went out about a month ago at 1 in the morning we sent them a message and they responded to us right away and set us up with an appointment for 8am that same morning (every other company we contacted took much longer to respond and couldn't come out until the next day!). They made sure to contact us 30 minutes prior to their arrival which I appreciate, and when Lance (their technician) got here he was extremely nice and professional. He had our AC fixed in no time and was extremely honest and fair with his pricing! Afterwards the company owner even called us personally to ensure that our experience was satisfactory. Air supply was the best! Our a.c went out the other night when temp was 112 with 115 expected the following day. We called at 5 pm when air went out and 1st thing next morning Ed was at the house. Once it was determined our 26 yr old a.c was dead Ed had a new one with instilation crew here within 2 hours. With outside temps at 115 those guys worked both in our yard and attic and get new unit up and going. The price was fair as we had another contractor from another company in our home at the same time and he told us the price was fair. Air Supply is a company I highly recommend! Since moving to Las Vegas, I have trusted them to keep my A/C working and they have lived up to that. They never tried to up sell me and tried to keep my existing antique operating. It became apparent during this last visit that my A/C unit was dying. Ben never tried to sell me a new A/C unit, he gave me the facts and confirmed my fears of a bad compressor. Holy cow is this company great. Our A/C didn't seem like it was operating correctly so we contacted Air Supply Inc for their $39 tune up special. They were friendly on the phone. The technician who came here today was Ben Yarkoni (Field Supervisor) **ASK FOR HIM** This guy was incredible. He's very smart, he INVITED us to look over his shoulder to see how he was testing things (voltage, connections, components, etc.). He was NOT PUSHY AT ALL about what he suggested we needed. We happily said yes to his suggestions (because they were explained so well) and the $39 call turned into $600 for: 1.) Buying 3 more-advanced interior air filters - the ones you wash and never have to replace. He did not push these on us, I asked for them because we have allergies and a dust problem here and these promise to work a lot better than your standard 3M filters etc.; 2.) plus a new capacitor (ours was leaking and is 5+ years old, we were told it could fail and when it fails you run the risk of damaging the a/c unit motor.); 3.) Plus freon (one of our units was low on freon which probably explained the less-powerful cooling we sensed. Ben took his time explaining how everything worked, went over our thermostats, and made other suggestions. In a city where it's extremely hard to a.) trust people and b.) find quality, trustworthy service providers, I can HIGHLY recommend Air Supply (and Ben). BEN Y., Air Supply Team. 07/08/16 |

Never had an issue with my AC unit until a few days ago ,am not sure what could have been the problem since there was air coming from the vents but only at room temperature , Did some reaserch and got a few companies for an estimate which I got outrages quotes and reasons that didn't make sense ......not until I called these guys at Air Supply , David gave me a great walk threw on what was the problem on my unit and why it happened ,not only did he showed , explained,and walked me threw the process but he gave me a best price on my quote than the other companies did. A technician named Adam came out to replace what I suspected was a broken condenser fan motor on my Bryant A/C unit. He came out and verified that it was the fan and replaced it along with the capacitor. He was polite and professional and exactly who you would want working on your home. I worked with a Manager named Isaac(spelling?) who was very accommodative and easy to work with. Everything works great and the price was reasonable compared to other companies with similar reviews. Last week with 110 F temperature my air conditioning stop to work. i checked on google and called Air supply Inc. First they told me their technicians are too busy, but she told me to hold and after 2 minutes she informed me the technician will be there within 2 hours. The technician came in 2 hour and checked the unit and found my compressor is bad. But he tried to change the capacitor and a booster capacitor to get it work. Unfortunately nothing happened. Now the only option is to change the compressor or the condensing unit itself. The 10 year old unit with R 22, we decided to change the unit. In the evening they replaced with a SEER 15 unit. We recently had an issue with our ac not working, I called at 6:45am this morning and they had someone was there to answer the phone and give us a same day, early morning appt. One of the lead techs, Darren, came out to take a look. He was super friendly and solved our problem. i was pleasantly surprised when Michael and Adam showed up to clean our air ducts. Very professional and did the work quickly. Knew we would need a new air/heat unit some time soon, so after Michael checking what we had (19yrs old) and blowing "rust" into the house every day, I knew it was time to get a more efficient unit. I took some time searching for a good air conditioning company They were very flexible on getting a technician to my house. Within a couple of hours if I needed. Very friendly and accommodating on the phone. The pricing sounded good. George arrived at the house right on time.(I got a phone call before hand letting me know when he would be there).George was alert and present,seemed happy to be there. George quickly found my dog chewed a wire, fixed it. ( so easy,no extra charge). He did not try to invent any other problems. Gave me some good home warranty advice and was on his way.
