We have been extremely happy with the HVAC service from Air Supply Heating & Air Conditioning. We have used this a/c company for annual maintenance checkups for our home air conditioner and furnace in Las Vegas for the past several years and have found them to be prompt, friendly and efficient. And the prices charged are always fair. I called them once for a problem and they sent out a technician the same day for an air conditioning inspection to help troubleshoot the issue. The air conditioning repair was done in about 45 minutes. The tech Ben explained what was wrong and fortunately had my 'outdated' valve in his supply truck so I didn't have to wait for the part to be ordered. Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning has been the most responsive service provider I've ever known as a rental property owner. We signed up for their maintenance agreement a couple of years ago for our rental in Las Vegas and the service is fantastic. The immediately respond to outages during their busiest summer season when our air conditioner has failed or had problems. Last summer, the day before our new tenants were due to move in, the old HVAC unit finally died. We called Air Supply and a new 5 ton main level unit and a 3 ton attic unit was installed before lunch the very next day. Not only do they provide emergency ac repairs, but also regular air duct cleaning and other preventative air conditioning maintenance. I had furnace breakdown on my house on Dec. 17 last year and I was blessed to call the right company. A technician came name Rafael and did an excellent job. In less than an hour I have my heater system back in my house. Not only he worked with my available time ( after my office hours) also he charged me a reasonable price. Not that I am hoping for another breakdown in my house but If I do, I will definitely use this company's service again.

Ask for Victor when you need emergency air conditioning repairs! One unfortunate day last summer, I needed an evaporator coil replacement. It was over 100 degrees and 84+ degrees inside - at night - with small children and pets inside. I called quite a few HVAC companies, dealt with different salespeople and received several quotes for ac repair and replacement. The last company I called was Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning and without delay, a residential air conditioning specialist, Victor was there to help me. He was incredibly patient and empathetic while troubleshooting my a/c problem. He gave me several options and went above and beyond explaining things I didn't understand. After his inspection, my quote was immediate. I would recommend Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. That's also why I called them recently for my furnace heating repairs. We have used Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning since we purchased our home in Las Vegas back in 2008. We didn't have central air conditioning when we purchased it, but Air Aupply installed it. We have always called them for repairs on our air conditioiner or when we need to puchase new equipement. We have also been really happy with our maintenace contract for the last 7 years! We have always been extremely happy with their customer service and quick response time. Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning contractors Michael and Ben came out and did our fall tune up and inspection and were super professional and skilled! I called Air Supply early on the morning of Dec. 21st and Michael (the manager) and his assistant Victor came out 2 days later right before Christmas and did a terrific job at our newly purchased home. They were very polite, thorough, skilled, and neat. They cleaned out all 12 ducts in our system and Michael assessed my 20 year old heating system and 14 year old condenser, and with sincere regret informed me that the current system is on its last legs. I kind of knew that already by the sound the system was making, and its heat flow seemed somewhat inefficient. They installed a good Carrier system the same day--just two hours later! And it turns out this was the right time to do the job. While the system cost $6000, which is not very enjoyable, it could have been upwards of $7000 at another, busier time of year. Air Supply at once gave me a loan for this system with a reasonable interest rate and a three-year repayment package. Overall, I am very satisfied. Michael B. 12/27/15 |

After several bids, we decided to go with Air Supply Heating & Air Conditioning company for several reasons. The heating technician who gave us the bid was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our furnace replacement questions and made sure to follow up with us. Air Supply had competitive pricing with other local and chain companies. Several of the heating companies that gave us bids mentioned installation dates weeks ahead but Air supply made it a priority to install the new HVAC unit the same week, without upping the cost. But the main reason we chose them is because they were referred by a family member who we trust. The installers were very professional and worked quickly to install the unit so we could have heat again (they were working in below freezing temperatures!) Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning company always make stressful situations stress free. Last summer, my air conditioning unit was giving off this horrible noise and I thought for sure I was going to have to replace it, but Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning came right over and made a simple a/c repair that was a fraction of the cost of a new air conditioning replacement. It was so refreshing dealing with this company and getting my air conditioning problem solved so easily. Now I call them for all of my air conditioning and heating repairs. I just called them out for a fall HVAC preventative maintenance and tune up check and all was well. So quick and so professional. We called late on Tuesday night for a repair/tune up on our heaters and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. They gave us a 2 hour window (never happens with hvac/pluming) Darrel was the tech and he was very nice and very friendly (5 stars for him too). He was able to find the problems quick and fix them. He left to pick up a part he didn't have in the van and was back within an hour (like he said) We were so happy with the service and quick response. We called another service before we called air supply and the earliest they could come out was 2 weeks. Happy that they could come out sooner or we would have found Airsupply. Thanks Darren! I have been a long term customer of Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning company. They do all of our air conditioning repairs and maintenance in the summer and our heating service in the winter (we signed up for their HVAC Maintenance Agreement years ago). Most recently our heat wouldn't turn on so we called Air Supply. Itzhak showed up exactly when he said he would, did immediate troubleshooting and diagnosed my heating problem in minutes. He had the necessary parts with him and the expertise to do the heating repair and fix it in no time. My HVAC is over twenty years old and it was really really hot inside my house last summer when they both decided to stop working within two weeks of each other. I called four companies to come and give me an estimate most of them gave me estimates for two brand new units. Air Supply was the only one that told me one unit could be repaired and the second one for the upstairs had to be replaced. They fixed the downstairs unit and it is running like a champion ever since. It's heating the house really well this winter too. The new unit had to be installed with a crane in which they own their own. So I saved thousands on that installation and it gets really nice and cold up there now. I'm just thrilled with Issac and his complete honesty. Being a single mother of two isn't always easy but, it looks like my savings last summer is going to come in handy for this holiday season. Early this week my heating/ac on the roof died on me the tech that diagnosed the problem say it couldn’t be fix and has to be replace so he called his quote manager Philip from Las Vegas Air conditioning, and he came over to give me an estimate the cost to replace the unit. I was shock of the price that he gave me. So I told him I’m going to shop around and see if I could find someone that will give me a lower price to replace the unit. He told me I could never find a price lower than his and you what? I found five other company that will do it for half the price. But they was one particular company by the name Air Supply Air Conditioning & Heating that was just fabulous!! The owner of this company Itzhak Dahul a Jew from Israel was so kind, very talkative and funny I felt that I knew him as friend for a long time. So we were joking around and I told him he’s talking to a Chinese Jew so he better give me a good deal!! He must have called me a dozen time to work out a suitable price that I can afford, but I told him money is going to be very tight to pay for this unit because I didn’t expect the heating/ac going to die on me during this holiday season. He is going give me another Christmas present which is on order a Yamaka! He told me because Christmas is around the corner he going to give me a deal and part of it as a Christmas present to replace the unit. Also he sold me a very good roof top unit brand name: Carrier 3 ton, 16 SEER heating/ac which is going save me half of my power bill. Itzhak was such a responsible person he told me the heating/ac will be up on my roof the next day once we had the deal agreed. He schedule everything on time and his installer Jose and Victor was here right on time, very professional had the old unit removed and replaced the new unit Wow!! My heater was running all in just 3 hours work. Philip from Las Vegas Air Conditioning is a Blood Sucker!! Thank you and thank you Itzhac for helping me and the US Vets!! WOW! WOW! WOW! Called Tuesday morning because our heat stopped working. We just recently purchased our home and knew it was the original hvac system (19 years old). The person who answered he phone was able to have someone out by 10 am. Lance arrived and went on the roof to check out the unit. He came back about 10 min later with cell phone pictures to accompany his findings. He showed me where the electric thingys were burnt out and explained that he could fix it for about $900 but advised me that investing that amount into the unit was not recommended with the age and condition. He explained that more than likely the compressor will go out in a few months and that would cost a lot too. He recommended a complete new hvac unit at a cost of $6500 that included a thermostat and duct cleaning as well as lifetime filters. Of course, I told him I would like to think about it and I paid for the service call and he left. I called another hvac company and had them come look at the unit ( I did not tell them that it was already looked at) they said the same thing and gave me a more expensive price that did not include all the extras. I called to ask some questions and was connected to David, the owner, he answered all my questions and even offered more info. He knew that with the holiday approaching getting the loan money would take longer than normal due to banks closing. It was cold out and he offered to have the new unit installed the next morning.... WITH NO DOWN PAYMENT....JUST MY WORD THAT WE HAD A LOAN LINED UP!!!.... Of course I accepted! Oh and then he also volunteered a slight discount because he knew the price was a struggle for us! Next morning, they arrive and install the new unit in 3 hours! Great customer service! Having heat for Thanksgiving was great! I have 3 children and I was so happy they did not have to be cold! I recently bought a house that was previously owned by heavy smokers. The smell of smoke was almost overwhelming. Especially for an asthmatic like me. Scrubbing down the walls helped a lot. Paiting those walls helped even more. But the lingering smell of smoke still remained. I called up Air Supply Inc. to come out clean my air ducts. The service guys who showed up were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and detailed. They did a great job with their negative air machine (a fancy way of saying "big ass vacuum") and a snaking air hose to loosen and blow out all the dust and lint. They sanitized around all the of vent registers and sent a sanitizing/dedorizing mist through the entire system. The head HVAC specialist on this job went up on my roof to inspect my AC unit and clean out some of the dust traps in the unit. They even finished up by taking the time to blow out the exhaust vent for my dryer. When they left I was shocked at how much better my house was smelling. It is amazing how much these seemingly little projects can make the biggest differences. There was still some odor abaitment to do afterwards but that would come with new carpet a few days later. Lance came out from Air Supply / Las Vegas. Inspected two AC units, with one sounding like it was on it's last breath. He spent an hour and a half here, then gave me the bad news and all the options I might consider about the AC units. Both units 20+ year old might have a year left to live. He gave me a great price for replacements when needed. I gave him the good news (we're renters) and we're moving into a brand new house in five months. I have some experience in this type of equipment and I knew he was being honest and knew what he was talking about. When they finish building our new house, no one turns on the equipment until Lance does a full inspection and review. When you find a honest man, you take him everywhere you go..... My wife and I were in desperate need of a whole new air conditioning system in the heat of summer. We were expecting to have to wait weeks to get someone to take a look. My wife called Air Supply and they had a technician in the area who came over and gave us a quote. I don't remember his name, but he was very friendly and actually talked us down into two units that better fit our house. He was very honest and open in answering all of our questions. We decided on two units and they came out THE NEXT DAY and installed them. I can see why they have so many pictures of their work. The installation job was very clean and pleasing to the eyes. We stayed cool all summer and our power bill went down significantly. Well worth the investment. Fast forward a few months... This evening I turned on the furnaces for the first time. I was concerned about how they were working so I called the 24 hour number and spoke with Isaac. He was very nice and offered to stay on the phone while we tried a few things to get my heat working. After about ten minutes, we figured out what the problem was and I'm writing this review from the comfort of my warm bed. Really appreciate the patience, time and energy Michael took to answer all my questions in details on replacing my furnace with 3 Ton CARRIER 16 SEER High Efficiency Complete Split. Replaced my Condenser with 3 Ton Carrier 410A Straight Cooler. Very pleased HOW efficient my completed system is operating and it's a real treat how quite, cool and instant savings on my utility. We discovered that the compressor was out and he walked me through the pros and cons of just replacing the compressor on a 16 year old unit and swapping out the unit itself. I decided to have them swap the ground unit out. The technicians arrived and promptly went to work. The entire job was completed in about an hour and a half! Within 5 minutes the house was back 78 degrees. I received a call shortly there after from their shop asking how the service was and then again by Itzhak, the owner himself just to be sure I was satisfied. We have a store in Las Vegas, Last week our AC went out, we called the landlord and they sent some company to have it fixed, the guy fixed the AC how ever an hour later the power went down and we where wit you power for the rest of the day. Next day the Ac guy came back and again AC back and power gone. It happens a few times over the week. I was very skeptical at first, but the technician represented the company very properly, knowledgeable, and he really knew what he was doing. After the job was completed, they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. The price was very good, and I will definitely will do business again. Great customer service. I bought two Central AC systems from Air Supply in May 2014 and was very pleased. Most recently I came home from a business trip on a Saturday morning and took a nap. I woke up around 12 noon and felt hot. One of the AC units was not holding the temperature at 75 degrees and it was at 79 degrees. I called Air Supply on Saturday afternoon and they were at my house in less than one hour. The parts to repair the job needed to be ordered so they promised to be back on our before Wednesday. They called late Monday morning, came out and made the repair up in the attic within a few hours. As soon as they finished, my Trane AC unit dropped the temperature one degree every ten minutes in the center of my 2600 square foot single story home. I'm thankful to Air Supply for their awesome customer service and their urgency to get my house comfortable again. I will recommend Air Supply to my family and friends. Air Supply Team. 08/30/15 |

Vegas August with no cool air searched online and Air Supply came up with great reviews. Called 7am and tech Ben came quickly and fixed the problem right away.
