Great company,came in the same day when I called (most companies don't work on Saturdays and this company does).They charge 49$ diagnostic fee which is cheaper then the company I used to use before and the fee applies to work they do.Lance gave me a great price and a discount and did an amazing job. I have a rental condo in Henderson, but I live in Orange County CA. I contacted Air Supply Heating & AC with an emergency request to check AC that was blowing hot air (in Henderson - temps avg 105+). Sarah was my contact and was so kind and reassuring that this could be taken care of. Although it took 2 days to get a new unit and a crew to install (a very hot day's work for sure), they were efficient and also cleaned up everything once done. There was some drywall needing to be replaced where the old/new unit was swapped out, they did a fantastic job of that. After contacting 5 air conditioning companies, including the one that had installed my new unit two years ago, I finally called Air Supply. The previous ones were interested in selling me something and they all had a different diagnosis. And, the one that had installed the unit wanted to charge just for coming out and gave me a hard time just scheduling an appointment. And, I had given them previously, a lot of work. They did not seem to appreciate my business. Air supply came out for free made a diagnosis , did some minor repair , put some freon(sp) in and did not charge me anything. The service man said"we are all Neighbors" and we need to help each other.And, Danyell(sp), the person who arranged the visit, was delightful, respectful and extremely helpful.They will have my business in the future. The techs came out early and got right to work. They repaired the leak, tested the connections and refilled the system with coolant. Now there are no more leaks and everything works great. After the inspection, he provided me pictures and videos of the units showing the wear and tear and recommended any needed service to prolong the life span of my units. Had several quotes and Air Supply was one of the most competitive. I ended up replacing two air conditioners (ouch). The gentleman who did the estimate was very knowledgable and didn't try to up-sell me. I asked about a more efficient unit and he said I didn't need them because my home was so well insulated. I would see the return on my investment. He gave me line items for everything and wasn't pushy. Very respectful. When I had the work done, the technicians were courteous and fast. They completely replaced everything in one day. They laid plastic down where they would be walking and cleaned up after themselves. They had to cut part of the molding into my attic. The day of work, they scheduled a finisher to come out and repair the molding within a week. I had one problem with some drainage that I noticed the same day. I called and they came right back to fix the problem. While I wasn't happy to replace my air conditioners, I was happy to do business with Air Supply. Ryan E. 03/31/19 |

Last year my air conditioner units went bad. As you can imagine it was a very stressful time. I called four companies for estimates. It was ridiculous; from $11,500.00 to $20,000.00. Air Supply was $12,500.00. It was worth every penny over the lowest estimate. I liked the man that came out for the estimate, Ed. He was very professional and was able to schedule the install the same day. And since it was June in Las Vegas it was very hot without air. Fast forward one year. Last month one unit stopped running. They sent Michael. It took him all of 5 minutes to figure out that a wire had melted in the heat. He fixed it immediately. But that's not the story, the story was his attitude. He seemed to genuinely love what he does and it shows. He's EXTREMELY knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and fast. He knows his stuff. Next I have an NV Energy Cool Share Thermostat that is first generation, about 10 years old. I called them to replace it and they sent, in his words, "a supervisor". He actually told me that "I was lucky to get him" even though he couldn't solve the problem and attempted to blame it on Air Supply. He said that I'd have to get the entire wiring changed and that it shouldn't cost more than a few hundred dollars. As it turned out, he was simply lazy and had NO IDEA what he was doing. I know this because I called Air Supply and guess who came out, Yep, Michael!!! He took one look at the wiring and LESS THAN 20 minutes later, PROBLEM SOLVED. And as an added bonus, it was under warranty. Like I said, Michael knows his stuff. It's like the old saying "If you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life", that pretty much sums up Michael. Then there's the office staff, Stephanie and Missy. They are both very kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. They know their stuff and go the extra mile to accommodate you. I highly recommend Air Supply. It's a very stressful time so you need a company that has your best interests at heart. Let's face it, it's Vegas Baby. Probably 110° and your brain is already fried. Issac, from Air Supply made our experience of replacing the HVAC a breeze. I was 2,000 miles away when I was notified from my property manager that the HVAC went on the coldest day of the year. I started looking on Yelp for a contractor. I happened to call Air Supply as one of the few I contacted. Issac immediately called back. He was very professional and knowledgable. He not only gave me a great quote but never even asked for a deposit. It was late in the day, but first thing next morning he had his people out removing and replacing the unit. When our furnace broke in the middle of the night last weekend, it was an emergency! The following morning was a Sunday and we called the first company that was available. Unfortunately, this was a mistake as the big-name company, while nice, charged us almost $800 to replace the parts we needed to get the heat back on and then wanted to charge us thousands and thousands of dollars to replace the furnace and the A/C unit! We called Air Supply almost immediately afterwards and they promised us they could do the exact same thing for a fraction of the cost. Two days later, they were in and out in only a few hours and did an amazing job replacing everything for the exact price they quoted us at. There were no pushes for further upgrades or hidden fees; what they tell you is exactly what you get in terms of price. In terms of everything else, they absolutely went above and beyond! Following the replacements, they offered to give us a free duct cleaning throughout the house and offered to send us reusable air filters to save us money in the long run. I am so pleased with the work they've done and with all the extra help they are giving us at no extra charge to us. Plus, with huge warranties on everything including parts and labor, we know that we will be comfortable in our home for years to come! Thank you, Air Supply! You really made our year! These techs did an excellent job with my house. I just bought the home and the ducts needed some cleaning as did the dryer vent. When they got to the dryer, the previous home owners had the washer/dryer swapped in a way that the gas line was stretched to its max. The ac unit was broken and they gave great advice and feedback on the previous people that did the work regarding our roof that was leaking and causing my neighbors unit issues and they also inspected it for free!
