I had my yearly air conditioner tuneup today and for the 7th year in a row since I bought my Carrier air conditioner from them they not only met but exceeded expectations. If you are like me, I don't particularly like vendors in my house (just me) but Angel, the technician was completely professional and very nice. Air Supply replaced 2, 20+ year old HVAC units after one of them died. The entire process was completed within a week. They even cleaned the vents in the entire house! Each crew took care with my home so each step of the installment process was completed quickly, efficiently & cleanly. Each step was explained before the work was started. I've been living in Las Vegas since 1987 and I have dealt with many heating and cooling companies over the years. Air Supply Inc. is by far the best company I've used. I purchased a heat pump from them after getting several quotes. Not only was the price reasonable, but the actual installation was flawless. They did everything as promised and the Technicians were on time and very professional. They were very detailed and performed their jobs with pride. Air supply is the best AC Company in Las Vegas, they was able to come on Sunday and to repair my duct tunnels that connects to my furnace at the attic (idk how it’s got disconnected but whatever) so they sent out Adam who was able to fix it the same day and did the job in less than two hours that’s amazing. The HVAC replacement process was completed quickly and the installers were polite and wore booties to protect the floors. They efficiently protected carpets with a roll of wide plastic. Every step was explained and the work was completed within the estimated time. The installation of the attic heater portion resulted in normal molding removal and scaring of the attic access in order to exchange old and new heaters. The repair was completed the next day with new paint and it looks better than ever. I had to wait a few days for the UV lights and the tech who installed them was very professional and efficient. We saw the ad in The Home Mag with Air Supply Air Conditioning and Heating providing air duct cleaning and a tune-up special ad great prices so we gave them a call. We've only been in our new home a little over a year but it felt like our allergies were increasing so we called Air Supply and had an appointment the next day!!
