Over Christmas break our our downstairs heater wasn't working properly. I called and the secretary was friendly and scheduled an on call technician to come out. They gave me an estimated time of 4 hours. I received a call back within the hour hour that the technician would be at my house within 20 minutes. The technician that came out was awesome! He took the time to listen to how I had problem solved trying to fix the issue on my own but also gave me some suggestions on what I could have done next time.
