Hi! My name is Alejandro Barco. I've lived in Las Vegas my whole life ( 49 yrs). I would like to say that this is the BEST A/C company ever in Las Vegas.I've dealt with them 3 times. In all 3 encounters they were punctual, honest and very friendly and caring to your desires.Monday I had a technician come out by Tuesday afternoon, I had a new entire unit installed and complete for a great price. In fact, they were so kind to let me look around and do some homework. Well, needless to say, nobody topped Air Supply.... This is the way to run a business. Before them , I tried the YES man and they were bogus. Do not call YES! They're crooks. AIR SUPPLY! I will NEVER use another A/C company again. I recommend AIR SUPPLY ! We just had a completely new system put into our home. The guys had it installed in less than two hours and I think we got the best deal in town. The technician Ben was on time. He was very professional, kind and personable. He very quickly did his job, located the issues and fixed them. We got a tip from a friend of a friend to call Air Supply and are we ever glad we did. Technician Ben Yarkoni showed up on our doorstep on time, with all the tools, parts, and supplies necessary and was polite, professional, friendly, informative, and very efficient. We know now whom we will always call in the future for our AC and furnace needs. And we will pass that tip along to anyone and everyone and who needs AC or heating service. 5.0 star rating 5/14/2016 I haven't written very many Yelp reviews in the past, but when you come across a company as good as this one something should be said. We are 1st time home owners and only lived in NV for 2 years so we're not used to having and maintaining an AC unit. Last summer/early fall our unit started to overheat on a regular basis. My husband had just gone out of town on a business trip and I was home alone with the baby when it was 115° and out unit wasn't cooling our house. We called another company recommended by a friend and what a nightmare!! The guy had me crying telling me it was going to cost $1000s of dollars to fix and did no diagnostics. Charged me $150 for the house call and told me to hose my system down (since I couldn't afford $1000s of dollars) So at the time we didn't get the problem fixed and just delt with it for the remainder of the hot days... Well yesterday was the hottest day of the year so far and our unit once again was failing (cause we never got it fixed) We did some research and called Air Supply. The Technician, George, was at my home within an hour and with a friendly smile and attitude got right to work diagnosing the problem. After all was said and done it didn't cost us $1000s of dollars, NOT even close!! Their prices are very reasonable and their parts are guaranteed. I am so happy we called and wont hesitate to call again if and when we require their services. I've been using Air Supply going on three years now. They installed a brand new heat pump system and compressor outside for me back in 2013 after an unfortunate electrical storm blew my old one up. Today, I was able to get a technician out for preventive maintenance on my AC unit. I'm 100% confident you can't find better rates from anyone else in town. Plus, as soon as I mentioned being a retired Veteran, Air Supply was very grateful and showed their gratitude for my service which is always more than appreciated on my end. There's nothing worse than not having air conditioning during the hot summer months here in Vegas, especially during the July - September hump. October is when it thankfully starts to cool down. Called Air Supply to inspect vent ducts. Your Service Pro , Adam was knowledgeable, detailed and honest. His inspection result was our system was relatively clean and does not need major cleaning, At our additional request, Adam serviced our three A/C units. Quickly gave an assessment. This is my second time to use Air supply. Since I am a realtor I encountered several HVAC companies in town. Air supply always answer calls with professional manner and obviously know what they are doing. Also explained what's the problem and suggested a few different options not like other companies cares about their own benefit. Also I do want to mention about one technician name Itzhak. Lance was great & very professional. He went through a thorough cleaning of my unit . He also explained everything to me without trying to sell me anything. These guys are great! Called one morning just to get a quote and they sent a service manager out within an hour to give me an estimate. Ed is a great and honest guy, no bull, just got right to the point and recommended the best for me within my budget. Before you know it, the install team was on site ripping out the old AC system. i have to give credit to Huze & Victor for the hard work they put into the job. The new unit would't fit in the attic ceiling without cutting and they did it very clean and precise. Both of them were very respectful and courteous. Nice work guys! Isaac and his office team were excellent! Very nice and thorough on the phone through the whole process. As soon as the job was finished, i received follow-up calls from both Isaac and Cindy to have the additional services(ceiling repair & duct cleaning) scheduled. All i have to say is this experience was awesome and i highly recommend Air Supply for any HVAC needs. I will definitely use them for service in the future and won't hesitate to give recommendations. Very professional on the phone, came out the next morning on time, even called me to tell me the tech was on the way and again that he had arrived. It was a simple repair and the tech was only here approx 30 min. He was professional, did a great job. My only concern is I felt they were a little high on pricing for something that took less then 30 min to fix. Dish network was out last week to run a cable and install a new outlet in a room that didn't previously have it and his 40 min job only cost $69 The tech from Air Supply replaced a $2.89 cent part that is very much like replacing a 9 volt battery which I had previously replaced a few months ago on my own but for some reason it shorted out cause of of a wire. so he replaced that and repaired a wire, their cost with labor was $199 after speaking to the office they reduced it to $149. Which I GREATLY appreciate, but still when you think about it, it's still expensive to essentially pay approx $140 in labor. That is very expensive from my point of view. So other than the price, he did a great job, and was on time and sure I'd definitely use Air Supply again, I just would check around for the labor pricing a little bit. Air Supply Team. 04/13/16 |

Thank you Air Supply Inc! I decided to get bids to replace two complete HVAC systems for my home and after all was said and done; I chose Air Supply Inc to do the job, and I am so happy that I did! Lance who came out to bid the job was super professional and helpful. I then spoke with David, one of the owners, who answered all my questions and remained available from beginning to end. Jose and Victor who did my installation were also professional, and so quiet! I had to go look to make sure they were still here! Once the installation was complete, one unit was loud, the installers immediately knew I needed some additional ducting (due to my upgrading both units by 0.5 tons). They came back out and like magic, quiet as can be and at no additional charge. Adam came out and did my duct cleaning and installed my lifetime filters, also super professional and pleasant. I called Air Supply on Thursday. They came out first thing Friday Morning. My Fan was making noise- Ed told me it was going out and be carefull- if it goes out while I am not home- it will knock out my compressor. I needed another part. My unit is 10 years old and was debating buying another unit. I deceded to fix it and it turned out the repair was a good price. I am glad I used Air Supply and will be calling them in fall for duck cleaning and for a check up on my heater. I recommend this company to any one who needs AC or Heating work. I had my air ducts cleaned and sanitized by Air Supply Inc after searching yelp for a good company to prep my system for spring. Adam arrived and walked my house to see what sort of equipment he'd need. He was was very polite and knowledgeable and never tried to upsell me or tack on extra services. He advised us on how to adjust our registers to maximize airflow to each floor of our house and answered a few questions we had about the exact process of the cleaning. We were concerned that the lemon scent from the sanitizer might be overpowering, but Adam assured us that it was very light. He was right, smells amazing! The whole appointment took a little over an hour from quote to cleanup. Adam made sure to use drop-cloths beneath his work area and he took all the dust bunnies with him when he left. Air Supply Inc runs a special for cleaning each of your registers for $6.99 a piece. I opted for the big-vac and sanitize instead which was just under $200.00. Well worth the price. With the weather beginning to get warmer, I decided it would be a good time to have my AC inspection done. I was not sure what A/C company to use. My brother recommended Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning. Well Michael B. just showed up to my door introduced himself, and then proceeded to let me know everything there is to know about my A/C and Heating system. I learned an incredible amount in 20 min. Then I was completetly thrown for a loop when Michael, said that he recommemded not doing anything, that I didn't need at this time. Said hold off until summer when he would come back and service the A/C unit just to make sure it would do what it is intended to do. He checked all the vent's, even told me that I had installed Air filters upside down. Let me say this, I have been in Las Vegas 5 months, and I can tell you from living in the South Orange county area, where anytime a service contractor arrived you would expect to be nailed down with you need this and that. Not so with Air supply. Totally honest and up front. They have me as a customer for life. Not much impresses me at my age these days, but I must admit that Cindy who scheduled the visit and Ben who performed the service were absolutely fabulous. I saw the company ad in the paper and telephoned for a maintenance call; within 90 minutes Ben arrived and promptly addressed and resolved three matters. His skill set was surpassed only by his professional and gregaious personality. Anyone in need of such a service needs to telephone this company and get Ben or a colleague out to your home. I recently received a call from my tenant in Las Vegas saying that the heat was not working. I called several companies and settled on Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning. They were very professional and pleasant on the phone. They contacted my tenant immediately and were at the house within the hour. Upon checking the system they were able to repair the existing unit as well as perform a long overdue general cleaning and servicing. My tenant was very happy with the service he received from the technician Itzhak, who was pleasant, informative and very professional. I was happy with the bill which was very reasonable. I signed a service contract with them so that the heating and air conditioning systems can be kept in good working condition and my tenants have a reliable company that they can contact should they need to.
