We had an excellent experience with these guys. Isaac was a great help and relief over the phone, and he got someone to our place very quickly. Ben helped us out at the house, and he was really smart and really helpful. We had a lot of problems with our air conditioner and a lot of "patch fixes" from other companies that really did nothing but leave us stuck in the summer heat. My air conditioner went out yesterday after 6PM, I contacted this company's office and they set up an appointment for between 7:30 to 8:30AM. I was contacted by Cindy at the office at 7:45AM letting me know the technician was on his way. Ben was the technician and I advised him that I had turned off the unit the night before and when I turned it back on it was cooling down, but I didn't want to cancel the appointment, in case there was an issue that could be handled now to avoid the loss of air at another time. Ben took the time to show me what the inside of the unit looked like and he noticed that the "battery" was beginning to leak but could last for a while. I told him to replace it now. No pressure from Ben at all. As an older senior citizen, I am very wary of repair companies, who think they can up charge me when the repairs are not needed. I just received a call from Isaac, asking how I felt the issue was handled, this was less than 30 minutes after the tech left. Air conditioning stopped working a few days ago. Air Supply was here first thing the next morning. Robert said the part that was bad needed to be ordered. My extremely positive experience with David, Issac, Robert and the rest of the team at Air Supply began in 2013. A good friend and client was staying in my Las Vegas condo when the A/C unit stopped cooling at 11:00 pm . With a phone call and request for service in the morning the following day, a technician was at the property and diagnosed the issue within 45 minutes. The communication was excellent and problem corrected at a very reasonable price. They have returned to service my A/C twice since then. The most recent was this week to replace a fan motor which had a slight bearing issue. Once again, efficient, friendly and very fair on the price. Air Supply Inc reach out to me again since my updated review, they did refund my original money and they also offered me a free air duct cleaning. They came out the next day cleaned out the air ducts along with giving me some great advice on how to make them run better, along with up keep on my filter. The whole processes took about 20 minutes, the tech's were very professional and friendly. Thank you Air Supply Inc for reaching out to me again, going above and beyond to remedy the original problem. Great customer service and clearly a company that really care about people. Thank you. I had emailed Air Supply Inc at 9:30PM regarding one of my vents in my house having a burning smell and 2 mins. later I got a call from Dave stating they could send someone out the next day. I ended up scheduling them to come out and the tech checked both of our a/c units on the roof and even though he could not determine the problem he suggested that we clean out our ducts because the units themselves were fine. I was happy that they did not try to charge me for multiple "what ifs" and they even gave me a deal on the inspection. Very happy with their service and will definitely contact them in the future! Isaac was very helpful he came out and installed 2 AC units and 2 furnaces. Air supply goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. If you need any heating or air you need to call them don't waste your time dealing with anyone else. Air supply was very nice and clean which if anyone knows big work usually leaves a big mess behind which is not true in this case, not only did they maintain a very clean work area they made sure everything was clean after as well. So the nightmare of having your AC die in the heat of the Vegas sun hit my house over the weekend...of course!! It was just a matter of time with a 20 year old unit that came with the house I bought!! Was referred to Air Supply by a friend that had been happy with their service. After checking the reviews on Yelp figured I could not go wrong. I have a home warranty, but after 11/2 hours on hold and a weekend visit in Hell, I gave up and called AS. Best referral I've gotten in a while. Service tech was their first thing Mon morning and told me what I already knew, replacement was well overdue. Their price was fair, their product, "Carrier" solid and the workmanship top notch. Had me up and running with brand new system the same day....can't beat that!!!! They explained the issues with our 23 year old unit and offered us a fair price on a new unit. This included a 10 year warranty and good financing. I called for a servicing of my 2 AC units while they were jammed up with business, despite that they managed to fit me in for only 3 days later at *my* convenience. The Tech arrived at the very beginning of the time block and was very professional and pleasant. Since this was a servicing call we talked about the history of the units, where he took the time to educate me more than the last 2 outfits I had used to service my units with. He made a couple of recommendations to increase efficiency and showed me how to do these low cost, DIY projects, where I could buy them the cheapest, and then set about to service and clean the units. The cost of the servicing was very competitive and after he was done we discussed replacement costs of the units had one of them needed it, I found Air Supply to be highly competitive in the pricing of replacement and installment. While no one ever wants to absorb the cost of a AC replacement, the courtesy, professionalism, and most importantly care Air Supply Heating and AC shows their clientele was such that I will not hesitate to use or recommend them for all my AC needs from here on. I had a unit replaced two years ago by Air Supply and they are an awesome company to work with. My unit was not cooling so I called them up figuring it would be an expensive repair. Set up an appointment which they confirmed 30 minutes before arrival and were on time. Lance did the repairs and without any issue at all did the repairs and did not even charge me for a service call. I so appreciated that they stand behind their work. Air Supply Inc is by far the best experience my wife and I ever had! Our home warranty continued to give us the run around with two different contractors who patched our work at best for a month and at worst for a few hours, and given our struggles we stumbled across these guys. We spoke with Isaac, first, who was extremely helpful and honest, and he continued to call us and take care of us after we went with them. We called in the morning and they sent someone out in a half an hour after Isaac called us. Ben showed up and took care of us really well. You'll notice he is on here from other reviewers as well. He's educated, honest, and funny. When we had a different people show up before and when the unit was frosted over, they said they would just have to come back later. Ben defrosted the unit, looked it over, and gave us some helpful, honest input on what was actually going to fix our problem and not leave us left in the lurch yet again. After everything Ben did for us, Isaac continued to maintain contact to make sure he could help us get reimbursement from our Home Warranty, since they kept sending us jokes (like Ideal Services). As a homeowner here in Henderson now for over 9 years I have met some pretty questionable characters, but I must admit the folks at Air Supply really do set the bar very high. Their tech Ben Yarkoni was on time, honest, fast, and easy to work with. He also explained exactly what was going on each step of the way. Also, their staff was top notch providing up to the minute communication and call backs letting me know when the technician would be arriving. They came the same day as well. My 4 ton unit is an older system so I thought I may need to replace several components, or maybe even the entire system, but, luckily, and I do mean "luckily" I ended up simply paying for a part that had gone bad. Its July 4th weekend, temps are in the 100's, the AC goes out and we have people coming over for a BBQ....you gotta be kidding me! Luckily for us, Air Supply Inc was johnny-on-the-spot. I called other companies who were not able to get me on their schedule for another 5 days...in this heat, I thought no way, we're going to a hotel. When I called Air Supply, they informed me that they could have somebody out the same day, in 4 hours actually. I said perfect! Then i got a call 30 minutes later, saying a tech was already on their way. That was unbelievable. When the tech, Lance arrived, I couldn't have asked for anyone more courteous and sympathetic to my problem. He quickly evaluated my AC and was honest to tell me that the problem was not with my unit but with the electrical. I truly appreciated Lance not wasting my time and I called an electrician right away. I would refer this company to anyone and will be looking to them for any future AC problems I have. Everyone from air supply is excellent!! Ben Yarkoni came over when my air condition was out in the middle of the heat wave :( he came in saved the day. He was honest to me from the very beginning. Which I very much appreciated! He explained everything to me and told me what would be best by telling me the compressor fan was shot as well as the transporter. He pointed things out and helped my understand my situation. Ben and all the techs were very kind, professional and thorough with the job. Robert was also very good and takes his job seriously! From start to finish this company has proved to me that they are the best! And their pricing is very reasonable. The owners Issac and David are very good. Isaac would take the time to speak to you over the phone over any issues you may have personally, which many company owners wouldnt care to do! They stand by their products and labor. Very good at what they do. Don't go through ANY other company. Believe me. I write reviews on here , but not often , unless the service was either super good or very bad. After calling 3 other AC companies that were rude on the phone and told me it would be 28 hours or more before they could have someone look at my AC system. Not cool on a day when it reached 109 degrees. The Air Supply technician arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was very professional. He explained all of my options clearly for the required repairs. I ended up buying a new AC unit which I am very happy with so far. The guys delivered and installed the unit in about an hour. Well, I'm not sure so I will write the facts. The technician showed up within the time frame promised and he was professional and pleasant and honest about the problem. All pluses. The problem turned out to be that the system(central air unit) which is on the ground, was over charged. He had to let out some gas, excuse the wording. The whole thing took no more than 20 minutes. I was charged $199 with the senior discount and giving me a break. I was told that it should have cost 300. When we returned from being away our Air Conditioning was not working . I read reviews on Yelp. They were right on. I called Air Supply, they said they would have someone out within 2 hours. 10 minutes later their representative Mike was ringing my doorbell. He was courteous and quick. Within 1/2 hour he had our problem fixed and our air conditioning working!!! He took the time to review with my husband and gave him some great tips. As a consumer advocate and perfectionist, I did extensive checking of all the major a/c service companies in the greater Las Vegas valley. As you may know, prices are all over the place along with conflicting (sometimes totally wrong) information. I chose Air Supply to repair my 15 year old York a/c compressor for the following reasons: 1. Ben Yarkoni gave me an honest evaluation of the 2 parts I needed plus some Freon vs. other contractors who tried to convince me that I needed an entire new compressor costing $2400 to $3600. 2. Air Supply has the best overall online FREE review ratings (I do not trust Angie after being burned by one of her highly recommended contractors) 3. Prices quoted for parts and labor was very reasonable. 4. Air Supply uses American Made parts. 5. Ben even took the time to educate me about keeping the unit cleaner so it will run more efficiently. On 6/22/2015 Ben spent nearly 3 hours working under the 107 degree sun to repair one of my 2 compressors. He also inspected and tested my entire second system at no extra cost. The repaired unit now seems to be cooling even better than it did when it was new. Other contractors have been in business here much longer but I judge people and things on quality not quantity. I put more value on recent ratings vs. those from years ago or some reviews that may paid reviews or paid listings. Bottom Line: In my opinion, It doesn't get any better than this. 7/1/2015 UPDATE: The REAL test is what happens AFTER they take your money for service. Five days after the motor was replaced, I noticed an annoying noise throughout my home when the a/c unit was on. Traced the sound to the a/c unit and contacted Air Supply. They responded and had Ben back at my home in less than 30 minutes. Fan blade was vibrating and we then discovered that York (or my home builder) didn't even have the correct blade on the unit. Bottom Line: Ben replaced my fan blade with the exact spec blade, no charge for his 2 extra visits AND my cost for the blade matched the lowest price I could find on the entire internet. I am really impressed by the service I was given! They were able to come out on the same day I called and were very helpful upon arrival! I have had many companies work on my unit but have never stuck with just one because of how they approached the situation. Lance was my technician and he did not make me feel pressured to just "buy another unit" like all the rest do! I often feel that other companies try to make themselves seem superior and use "big words" to the average person who may not know everything about the unit. What a great company! Everyone from the office staff, to field personnel, to the techs, to management, is knowledgeable, courteous, professional and highly customer service oriented....I would recommend AIR SUPPLY without hesitation. I experienced issues with my A/C late on a Thursday afternoon. I called AIR SUPPLY at 5:30 PM & spoke with Cindy. She shared one of their techs would arrive at my home between 8-9 AM Friday morning. As promised, Ron arrived at 8:45 AM. My home is 20 years old & although the heating & cooling system served me well in those years it was time for replacement. Ron detailed what the problems were, worked on the pricing (which was very good and very fair in comparison to what my friends & family shared they had paid for same/similar replacement) I thought I would have to wait a few days for installation, but what a pleasant surprise when Ron shared the could install that same day! Very professional company!!! Initially, we called to get a quote for duct cleaning. Michael arrived and did a thorough inspection of our home. We've been here 12 years and never had the ducts cleaned. I'd been concerned about the continual layer of dust that appeared, even after cleaning!! Thought it was one of the "benefits" of living in the desert! Not so, after the cleaning, the air feels fresher and we're not dusting as often! Michael also did an assessment of our split system. We've had some concerns and he brought to our attention, a few that we hadn't been aware of. We felt the assessment was honest and competitive. After doing some research and visiting, extensively with Robert, one of the managers, we made our decision to have a new system installed. This was not an overnight decision! We felt we did our due diligence. We had lots of questions, and with everyone of them, Robert provided satisfactory answers. He even gave us additional research sources, which allowed us to be as informed as we possibly could be. Robert worked with us to develop a plan and a price that we could afford. No pressure, no up-sale attempts, just honest business! Jose arrived to do the installation and we ran into one glitch!! We had not been informed that the opening in our ceiling would have to be enlarged to accommodate the new heating unit!! Jose immediately put us at ease and informed us that any drywall and/or painting would be completed at the company's expense. That was a huge relief! The installation was completed in a couple of hours. A very professional effort! Several days later, Julio arrived to repair the ceiling. Once again, a very professional job! We could tell that every employee and/or business partner we dealt with - Michael, Cheri, Cyndi, Shawna, Robert, Jose and Julio- were proud of their company. I had them come out to check my four AC systems. They are the original units installed when home was built in 2001. They gave me an honest assessment, showed up on time and completed the work quickly. with so many contractors out there who try to price gouge or try to sell you things you do not need, I am always a little cautious. Few EARN my repeat business but Air Supply will definitely hear from me again. I do a lot of remodel work and home flipping so I've had a considerable amount of experience dealing with different trades in four states. (CA, OR, TX, NV). I called Air Supply to have my air ducts cleaned. I had some issues with the initial service, but when I called with my concerns they sent head technician Michael and his assistant Nick to resolve the problems. They were incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and more than accommodating. They are truly committed to making sure the customer is completely satisfied. A very professional, courteous, affordable & ethical company. I was able to get service in one day. Unfortunately, I needed a new A/C unit. The work was completed in 4 hours!!! Everyone at the company treated me with respect & dignity. I don't usually make recommendations, but for this company I would gladly refer them to any person needing service. They EXCEEDED my expections in timeliness, proficiency, cost containment & ethical business practices. I now have a new A/C unit that is QUIET & working very well. Air supply installed a new furnace last December. Worked great all winter. Then we turned on the air and nothing happened. Called at 9AM and Lance was here in less than an hour. He discovered when the furnace was installed the tech connected one wire wrong and as soon as we turned on the air it blew a fuse. He corrected the wire part and replaced the fuse. Done in 20 minutes and of course no charge. We are happy with both the air unit and furnace. Will recommend Air Supply to anyone who asks where we got ours. Lance W. 05/23/15 |

I called Air Supply to have my air ducts cleaned based on their positive reviews. Initially I had some issues with the cleaning and called to have the problems addressed. Michael and Nick ( who I would strongly suggest you request ) came out to resolve the problems. I was concerned as to how my complaints would be received and taken care of, but that concern was completely unnecessary.
