Wish I could give 6 stars! Ryan came to our (new to us) house to check on a leak, and ended up finding a rusted area on our furnace that could have caused a carbon monoxide leak if we had turned it on when it gets cooler next week. Air Comfort always seems to be able to take care of any issues that I have and in a very timely fashion. However, they not only do what is necessary they go above and beyond in order to make sure I am taken care of completely. One time they tightened the screws on the outside unit and now it is half as loud as it was before. This time they installed a thermostat that I had bought and then helped me get it all set up on my phone. All the time doing this at a very fair price. We replaced our entire HVAC system. Matt, Kyle and Zac arrived on time and went right to work.
They covered our floors and steps before hauling in anything. Great teamwork. They were done ahead of schedule.
Everything was cleaned up and put back in its place.
Very knowledgeable when explaining new system and thermostat.
Corey gave us our bid and was great at expounding the benefits of the new systems. Ours was almost 25 years old! Can’t wait to see the savings on our utility bills.
