The last two times I've used Air Comfort Service after their initial install, I've had Jacob B. come out for both of them. The first time, there was an issue with one of the parts for my furnace, and Jake was thorough and correctly diagnosed the issue. Even better, he returned the same afternoon to install the part, and my furnace ran without issue after that. Because of my good service call experience, I specifically requested that Jake come out to perform the start-up on my new A/C unit, and the work was done promptly and professionally. Recently I had a problem with the humidifier on the furnace, so I called Air Comfort service, Inc. My usual tech was not available, they sent Jacob B. instead. Jacob, introduced himself, made the repair, cleaned up the mess, I was completely satisfied with his service.

Jason J., Mike W., Scott M., Bryce M. and Kevin G. at Air Comfort provided high-quality, courteous, and timely service. They took the time to explain things us and were always available to answer the many questions that we had. The section of our home where the work was being done is almost 100 years old and items had to be carried through tight spaces. The employees involved in lugging the old furnace out in pieces and carrying new equipment in thus had their work cut out for them. Nevertheless they were unfailingly courteous, not only to us but to their fellow workers as they negotiated the narrow spaces, offering encouragement to one another. They were very responsive when our “smart” thermostat said there was a problem with the system. Because we were soon going to have a house full of guests in 90 degree heat, we called Aircomfort. The woman who answered was friendly and immediately took our concern seriously. They sent out Ryan, who asked for 6-foot clearance for social distancing. He called when he was on his way, as promised, and in a timely manner. He came with a mask covering his face and booties covering his feet. He checked everything out and gave us the all-clear. The only reason this wasn’t a 5 was the team not staying with a problem after hours on the first day. Great service (which is how you earn a 5) would have been to do whatever it took that first night to get the new system running, even if that meant staying through the evening. They told me they needed a service tech to get involved, which I was fine with. They should have found one and sent them over. But, they decided to shut down and start over the next morning, which left us with a toasty north side bedroom for the night.
Let me be clear: sleeping one night in a hot house is not a big deal. My rub is that your team (or their management) walked away when you should have dug in and got it done.

Air Comfort put our furnace/AC in 22 years ago and we didn't hesitate to have them put in a replacement unit a few days ago. Service was great both with the office and installation. Arrived on time and worked throughout the day till the job was done. Once installation was complete Jason explained how the unit worked and answered any questions we had. I'll begin this negative review by stating that my interaction with the office staff, while minimal was very pleasant, and the technicians that came to my home were clean and efficient. I have no issues with this side of Air Comfort Service. My issue comes from my interaction with their estimator/salesman Austin. First impressions were fantastic, we had a good meeting, decision to purchase was made and a installation date was set. Upon receiving the invoice, it listed a concrete pad. Austin and I had discussed leaving the a/c unit elevated on a rack. I contacted him and he assured me that they place the concrete pad on the rack for stability. Installation day rolls around, and after completion, my a/c unit has been placed on a concrete pad on the ground. Forward to now, they have come and placed the unit on a rack (there is no concrete pad for stability), and I now have a large section of grass that is dead, and I had to miss a day of work because someone needed to be here for the reinstall. They did place two pieces of sod over the area, but despite multiple waterings a day, sod in 95 degree heat is not going to take. So I now have an eyesore in my lawn, a missed day of wages, and have been charged for a concrete pad that is nowhere in site. No one has touched base or reached out following the reinstall to check on my satisfaction.
