Everyone (from start to finish) was friendly and answered all of our questions. Service matters a lot to us. We have learned over the years how important that is. This company delivers! They are honest, friendly, and very easy to work with! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

We just had our 27 year old furnace replaced and used this company. Brian and his team were great to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way leading up to the day of installation. And the guys worked hard and accomplished the tear-out and new install very efficiently with absolutely no mess left behind. We highly recommend Air Comfort!

I've been a customer for more than 16 years when I had new system installed. First met Mark L. in March 2009 when he was on call for emergency service. I called late on Saturday as furnace was not working properly. (two other servicemen did not fix problem) He told me how to locate computer 's on furnace panel and identified furnace stoppage caused by gas line company and MSD! He came to my home around 10:30pm that night to make sure I had heat and then had gas company clean out gas lines. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and was personally caring for my problem. For the past 10 years , I always request Mark L. for all service and maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. I recommend Air Comfort Service especially to new neighbors and friends. Betty J.

I purchased a new HVAC system in 2013 (approximately $8500) which Air Comfort Services installed. Since then I have bought the service maintenance agreement from them (approximately $174 per year) and they have maintained the system 2 times per year. The system has broke down every other year. In 2015 the blower motor failed and I had to pay $265 for the labor to install (parts were under warranty). In 2017 AC system was not blowing cold and a leak in the coil was found. I was quoted $409 for the labor to replace the coil (parts under warranty). After calling and Air Comfort’s office to complain they agreed to cover the cost of repair. June 22, 2019 the blower motor failed again and I just paid $257 for labor to install a new one. Is it a problem or Air Comfort Service’s? Either way, I have had to pay at least $522 more than I should have and who knows the cost in mental anguish. July 10, 2019 - Update - Since leaving my 2 star review, I have been contacted by Air Comfort and they have compensated me for the last blower motor installed. I have had way too many problems with my HVAC system but I do appreciate the customer service and attention to rectify the situation. Not many companies would have this consideration for their customers.

After calling another service in the area that I usually use - I google searched and found my new heating and cooling company. I appreciated getting to speak to a person from the company when scheduling and then the email I received shortly after actually sent me a photo of the technician I could expect. From start to finish this was a great experience. Bob not only fixed my problem - he let me know some things to look for with my heating and cooling system and offered additional tips on cooling efficiency! Did I mention I found my new heating and cooling company?!?!

Today Bob B. the service pro guy came to my house at 7:30 am. He did an excellent job. He was on time and went to work right away. After he checked my system out, he offered tips on using the "fan" instead of "auto", and he advised me to get someone to level the concrete pads for my air co units ...which pads are sinking. Very helpful.
