I've been a customer for more than 16 years when I had new system installed. First met Mark L. in March 2009 when he was on call for emergency service. I called late on Saturday as furnace was not working properly. (two other servicemen did not fix problem) He told me how to locate computer 's on furnace panel and identified furnace stoppage caused by gas line company and MSD! He came to my home around 10:30pm that night to make sure I had heat and then had gas company clean out gas lines. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and was personally caring for my problem.

I purchased a new HVAC system in 2013 (approximately $8500) which Air Comfort Services installed. Since then I have bought the service maintenance agreement from them (approximately $174 per year) and they have maintained the system 2 times per year. The system has broke down every other year. In 2015 the blower motor failed and I had to pay $265 for the labor to install (parts were under warranty). In 2017 AC system was not blowing cold and a leak in the coil was found. I was quoted $409 for the labor to replace the coil (parts under warranty). After calling and Air Comfort’s office to complain they agreed to cover the cost of repair. June 22, 2019 the blower motor failed again and I just paid $257 for labor to install a new one. Is it a problem or Air Comfort Service’s? Either way, I have had to pay at least $522 more than I should have and who knows the cost in mental anguish. July 10, 2019 - Update - Since leaving my 2 star review, I have been contacted by Air Comfort and they have compensated me for the last blower motor installed. I have had way too many problems with my HVAC system but I do appreciate the customer service and attention to rectify the situation.
