I have had Air Comfort provide me and then care for my furnace and heat pump for over thirty years. They consistently provide excellent service whenever I request it, and thanks to their maintenance program, I don't often have to ask for extra visits. I wanted to send you a quick note complimenting the installation team that installed our AC and furnace last week. They were very customer service oriented, careful with my house and floors, carpet, etc, and very patient answering my numerous naïve questions. Jason and Pete were great with my questions – I know I drove them crazy. But they just worked through everything. The entire team of Jason Al, and Pete finished so that I could leave for my exercise class by 4:40PM. Pete gave me a extensive overview of the thermostat, and Jason did a great job to finish up. And I was impressed that you could come out the next morning after it was determined the day before that I need everything new. You did not leave me hanging and hot! My air conditioner broke on a Friday at 5pm. Steve from air comfort worked very quickly to ensure I wouldn't be down long. The installers were able to come out on Saturday and had my new furnace and air conditioner installed in less than 5 hours. Their prices were reasonable.
