I have been a customer of Air Comfort for quite awhile (maybe 2007) and all of the technicians have been excellent. Quite often they seem to go above what I thought I needed, and not added to the cost of the visit. I have in the past and would highly recommend Air Comfort as the best in furnace and air conditioning sales and repair. They kept a 1993 furnace going up until last year by choice I decided to replace it and the air conditioner. I knew I would have to replace it in two years. Excellent service!! Called in the morning to confirm appointment. Called when technician was on his way to the house. Technician showed up on time, very polite and courteous. My old furnace and air conditioner were due for replacement and I called Air Comfort Service as they had installed my previous units and had serviced them through their extended life and I have been totally satisfied with their service. Their team arrived at the time promised, removed and installed the new units quicker than I could have imagined. The very courteous team answered all of my questions and did a perfect cleanup. On Jan. 22, 2020, I called Air Comfort Service with and emergency: no hot water! Lisa H. took my call , and she immediately contacted John P., my favorite service technician. He came that afternoon and diagnosed my problem as a burned out lower water heater element. He raised the temperature of my upper element so that I would have hot water. I highly recommend Air Comfort Service for all furnace/air condition needs. I have been a customer with Air Comfort since 2014 and have never been disappointed with their service. I called Air Comfort to service my furnace that was not working at all. Within an hour and a half, John P. (a fantastic technician) showed up to look at my furnace. In the meantime, my furnace started working and seemed to be fine. He still came and instead of charging me a diagnosis fee, he did my winterization check and since I prepaid my maintenance fee they didn't charge me at all. This was a routine bi-yearly inspection. I had Air Comfort replace my entire aging, decrepit HVAC system last fall, as well as the hot water heater... all old and starting to malfunction. Very happy with their work, their professionalism, etc. Tom did the diagnosis last fall, and I asked for him again today for this inspection... and I've already requested him for next year. We are former customers of ******* ******* *** ******* (for 30 years). Air Comfort (the company that merged with *******) did not provide the same level of quality service on their technician’s most recent visit. Three visits to our home were required to do what had been normally accomplished in 1 visit by *******: 1. Initial visit by technician for seasonal get-ready of furnace . A separate visit to drop off an air cleaner filter for install (open box just left on porch---no ring of door bell) 3. Another visit by same technician to actually install the air cleaner filter With a business and its related activities conducted in our home, this was a challenge for us.
