This was my first service with Air Comfort, after they took over service from our last company. I was thrilled to receive a call during the window of my appointment to let me know the approximate time someone would arrive. Mark was very friendly upon arrival and thorough through the service. He alerted me of some unknown issues and solved those quickly. He also recommended some additional services that might be helpful. This is our first two-story home, and he recommended some additional cost/energy saving solutions. There was no hard sell. Just the recommendation. Decided to upgrade my entire (OLD) HVAC system, including new hot water heater (22 years old and making ugly noises). The entire system was installed today, including a smart wifi connected thermostat, plus humidifier, furnace, and A/C. They also moved my A/C unit from the back of the house under the deck to the side of the house, requiring new lines, a new pad, leveling on an incline, etc. Air Comfort has been servicing my system for several years. I've always been impressed by their helpfulness and professionalism. They've always kept things running and kept me informed without trying to push me to buy something. The guys today were great... got everything done in one day, cleaned up after themselves. One of the guys even asked if he could use a bag of mulch he saw I had to put around the A/C. They also provided clear instructions for me re. how everything works. I'm very happy with the service Air Comfort has always provided, and today just gets added to the list of why. I recommend them with confidence. From the estimator (Brian) who helped me pick the right system for my house and budget, to Kyle, Matt, and Pete who did the install today, it was a great experience. We need a new filter so he ordered it on his tablet and is having it delivered to our home. Because my husband nor I can install it, whe said someone would call for a time to install it for us.
I am almost as impressed with him as I was with Schraut’s service man. And I’m sure as time goes on we will like Jake as well as Jim from Schraut.
