Air Comfort installed our system in 2007 and has serviced it ever since. They are always on time and professional. We purchase the annual service contract. Perhaps not the cheapest HVAC service option but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend Air Comfort.

We have been using Air Comfort for years now and are very pleased with their services. Recently we had strange noises coming from our furnace and someone came out the same day to see what the problem was. A new part was ordered and installed the next day.

Office staff are very professional, helpful and pleasant to talk to. My experience with John Pollick was exceptional. If you want to learn what makes your furnace work he is an excellent teacher. Some technicians don't share but I find it very helpful to ask questions and learn. He was professional, pleasant and very easy to talk to. I will always request his service. Some techs just have a knack to make you feel comfortable, that's John. John was the best service technician I've ever encountered, not just for your company, but of all the technicians I've used over my many years of home ownership. Thank you for hiring exceptional people.

John is great! Very thorough and very knowledgeable! He recommended a maintenance program and I purchased the program but I still don't have anything in writing that I can place in my files to show me exactly what I purchased. I called the office to ask for a copy and emailed a 'generic' sheet showing maintenance plans and optional add-ons, but I still do not have anything that shows me EXACTLY what I purchased on 'my specific' maintenance agreement. I know I get a furnace checkup in the fall and an A/C checkup in the spring. I thought I purchased the humidifier service but before John looked it up I didn't know for sure. I would like to see what I bought too. I also didn't get anything on paper or by email that shows what was done/checked with my fall furnace and humidifier service. I know he replaced the humidifier filter but that is only because I was there and I asked him to replace it. I thought it was going to be a charged for it until John was finalizing the call and he looked up my agreement after the service was completed and he told me it was included. I try to keep records of maintenance, repairs, and improvements to my house so the 'completely' paperless thing is sort of a bummer. I can't even print an email summary of the service because the only email I have is the 'meet my team' email and the 'survey' email. That would be my only complaint.

On July 4th we had the unlucky experience of having our A/C system stop working and it was HOT! We needed an emergency service call and we needed it fast. We found Air Comfort based on previous reviews and recommendations and gave them a call. They were very responsive and quick to arrive. We were lucky enough the get John as our service tech. We were impressed with everything about him and with his knowledge and his ability to communicate directly with us about the problem. He was professional and straight forward. We ended up buying a yearly maintenance agreement to have them come back out in the fall to check our furnace and whole house humidifier and then to come back again in the spring and perform a check up on our A/C system. They just came to perform the fall maintenance check on our furnace and humidifier and I was very pleased to see they sent John again. Again, I found him to be punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took some time with me to explain what he did and answered several questions I had about my whole house humidifier system. I absolutely recommend the Air Comfort team and their service tech, John. He is awesome! If I have any complaint it would be the lack of paperwork I received when I purchased the maintenance agreement and when the fall maintenance check was performed. I did receive a detailed hand written receipt for the emergency service call in July which shows that I purchased a maintenance agreement but I did not receive a copy of what my particular maintenance agreement included. After the July service call I called the office and they emailed over a generic outline of their maintenance agreement offerings but it is a generic version that does not tell ME what I purchased. I also did not receive any paperwork for the fall maintenance check to tell me what they did or what they found. John was great about explaining to me what he was going to do but my husband wasn't there to see or hear it and I was not very good at explaining it to him later that evening. In this case I was home for the service and John confirmed everything checked out fine but that was all verbal. I am all about saving trees but it would be nice to have documents to file in our maintenance records for future reference. It would also be nice to know exactly what my maintenance contract includes. I have no complaints whatsoever about John, or his service though. Thank you Air Comfort Team!

Air Comfort is second to none in professional, reliable service. Bob took care of us in a timely manner and educated us on how old our unit was and what we can expect in the future with the new technology that is available. We have been with Air Comfort for many years. I recommend them highly. We will never look anywhere else for heating and cooling service but Air Comfort!

Bob, our service rep arrived on time, explained everything he was checking on our furnace, found out our pressure was low and suggested we call Spire Gas Co which we did and they came out and corrected the situation the same day. I'm very pleased with the service.

Bob B. from Air Comfort checked out my furnace today and found that my gas pressure was low and had me call Laclede Gas Co to come and fix it which they did. Bob explained everything he was doing as he checked out my furnace and humidifier. I was grateful that he did and I felt comfortable that my furnace is in good condition for the upcoming winter.

Thank you to Air Comfort Service and Technician Tim for restoring my faith in people / companies. My furnace would not ignite. Tim came out, took a look, discovered an electrical plug to the igniter had somehow gotten disconnected (probably happened during my last service call in June). Tim did not charge me for the service call and he even completed our semi annual maintenance check while he was here. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. You have made me a loyal customer and I will be sending you plenty of referrals!

We have been using Air Comfort since 2012 on 2 systems. We get Maintenance Contracts every year and have received excellent timely service and Comfort Cash which I used for replacements part bills. We had some sensor problems with our furnace in cold weather and Air Comfort helped to determine the cause which ended up being an external air intake pvc pipe and air out pvc pipe whose air flows were affecting each other. We also had a furnace excess moisture drainage problem as a result of walls added between the floor drain and the furnace during remodeling. They resolved this by adding a pump and tubes to send the draining water over the added room and to the floor drain and kept the water off the floor. I am always present when they do maintenance on our systems and have a lot of questions to what they are replacing and why. They answer my questions and help me gain knowledge of my system and its parts and operation.
