Air Assurance technician Marquis came out last Friday to diagnose why my air conditioner was not running and, as usual, he exhibited the courteous, professional, and thorough qualities that I have come to expect from all Air Assurance personnel in the 20 years they have been doing my HVAC work. Unfortunately Marquis found that my compressor was shot, and it was already late in the day, so I expected that I would have to start shopping around for a new system on Monday. What a pleasant surprise when Jim Nantz called around 7 PM that very evening and said he could come by our house to address our needs. He showed us some options, which including rebates, were too good to pass up, so we signed up for a new top-of-the line furnace and A/C on the spot. If you live in the Tulsa metro area, this is the company that should be handling your heating and cooling needs.

I will definitely use you all in the future. Buddy impressed me so much when he came out to diagnose my problem that I knew I wanted your company to do the job. Then I was just as impressed with the service I received at installation. Super professional, courteous gentlemen. Exactly the kind of people I want working on my home. I've had a great experience with Air Assurance so far. Sales person, Mike, was friendly and knowledgeable. He saw some open splices in my attic when giving me an insulation estimate that several other companies missed. They also were able to schedule my AC/heating unit replacement within a week. Install technicians were nice as well, did a good job, same with the maintenance technicians who have come out over the last couple years. Reasonable price, great services. • • •

Mike that came on my visit is welcome at my house anytime. By far the best and nicest technician. Always goes above and beyond. Can really tell he enjoys his job. My parents 100% agree when he comes to their house. Give that man a raise. And for sure don't let him go anywhere.

Air Assurance is always very dependable and arrives at the appointed time. Jerry is very good at his job, explains everything that is needed and gives a detailed list and what an extra cost may be and why. He spends the necessary time going through both the inside and outside unit and always lets us know that all is ok and if there is any problems to feel free to contact the company and he will be out as soon as possible. The first person I met was Mike G. What a wonderful young man. What he told me from the first and on contract was done. He is a man of his word. The 2 young men who installed it were totally awesome. Everyone that is associated with this company are clean and they cleaned every where the did work. You can contact me anytime through email if have questions. We remembered just before he arrived that the also doing Plumbing and it so happened our hot water tank of 18 years had stopped working and we set it up for them to deliver and install a new one. They did an excellent job.

Scott went above and beyond our expectations!! He worked tirelessly even though the hour was late. There were issues with how the previous hot water heater was installed and he fixed them. The first hot day we had I turned the A/C on and got nothing but hot air. I am home going thru Chemo and need cooling. It wasn't until my husband came home late in the evening that he found that the fuses weren't even reinstalled. How could all of the additional work that was done to the tune of $770.00 be determined to work if it wasn't even tested. Does the term "mad as hell" mean anything to you?

Mark S. did a great job showing me a potential problem with our new a/c unit that we had installed last summer, due to the unit being installed right in front of the dryer vent. Due to the size of the unit, there was no other place for installation. Mark was thorough in his explanation and he offered several solutions. As usual, we are pleased with the service provided by Air Assurance.

in nov 2013 you replaced a valve on my heating unit. it did not solve the problem that i was having, after about 3 or 4 return visits with no success i gave up and operated the furnace manually the rest of the season, until 3/29/2014 when it quit working completly. Marqus solve the problem.. i wasted $330 on a valve that i did not need

Wow, what a blessing. P.S.: Mike G. of the heat and air division gave us some absolutely fantastic suggestions for cutting down the dust in our house.

I'm enrolled in the ESP plan and just had my bi-annual Free check-up (air cond.). Not only was the service call very thorough, the technician very nice, but he also caught a plumbing problem (that has been plaguing me for well over a year). He called the head Plumbing guy (who was then out just 30 min later) and it looks like now I will finally get my plumbing nightmare fixed for good. Way to go all the way around. I really like it when they tell ya what's going on in plain English that you can understand.
