We purchased a new home and found out we needed to move our duct work from the cement slab to the attic due to poor condition of duct work. We called Air Assurance and the installed the new duct work as well as our new high efficiency unit. We had two plumbing problems and called Air Assurance and requested ****************. He arrived the nest morning and solved both problems quickly and thoroughly. We thought the garbage was bad but he found the problem immediately and solved it. The second problem was leaking water to the washing machine. The connections were old and he replaced both the hot and cold water connections. He explained what he was doing and why. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Air Assurance. We live in an 18-year old house with mostly original HVAC components. We had hot zones and cold areas, with certain rooms nearly unusable in the middle of winter or summer. Knowing that the life-span of our systems was numbered and not wanting to deal with a break-down, we decided to take advantage of the late-winter discounts and rebates. We have Air Assurance do our spring and fall servicing every year, and we are always happy with their service. This year we forgot to make an appointment in the spring, and when we got around to it, it was mid July. The day of the appointment someone called saying they could come as scheduled that afternoon, but that they had so many people whose a/c had gone completely out that they wondered if they could reschedule us for a week later. We agreed, and they came the following week as planned. I was actually glad that they gave us this option - our a/c only needed to be serviced and wasn't working as efficiently as it should have been, but I would hate for anyone to not have an a/c in our July heat. My needs were not as critical, and we gladly gave up our time. When the technician (I think it may have been Bill?) came out the following week, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough, as we have come to expect from Air Assurance.
