John Johns saved us thousands because other plumbers thought we had a sagging pipe. He said I think it is just clogged and kept trying to get the camera through. Sure enough it was clogged. Instead of tearing up our floor and cement he knew to keep going until he was 100% sure.

Marquis F. was the best HVAC technician that's ever worked on our unit(s). He was thorough, competent, and very knowledgable. After having another company give a quote/service call for our AC unit... We called Air Assurance for a 2nd opinion call, which they provide at NO CHARGE by the way. Marquis arrived at our home around 6pm and knew what was wrong within the hour. He returned the next day after finding the parts we needed and got our AC running! PS- between the first company's quote and the quote from Marquis... he saved us over $2000. We were being quoted for parts Marquis found out we didn't even need. Because of him we signed up for the ESP and we're now an Air Assurance customer for life. Thank you Marquis!!!!!

Technician was very cordial, efficient, and worked hard. He did a commendable job. Your office policies and procedures need to change! I was stood up on my appointment AND the agreed on follw up appointment with no call prior to the sceduled time! The office people said I woul d just have to understand, you were busy with other customers. Unacceptable! Wont happen a fourth time. Sorry.

The tech was thorough & honest , but did not remove the furnace cover; the second company that came out identified holes in the gas furnace. He is required by law to turn the furnace off and did so. The sales person was over an hour past the appointment time & quoted too large of a system for the house, (we had 3 total RFQ'S) & Air Assurance came in the highest in all 3 recommendations. NO one crawled under the home as requested; the sales person said it was too wet, the other 2 companies gladly inspected our duct work.

Did not get information our unit needed charged with gas at time of service. The unit failed while on vacation, and we thought it should have been resolved at the time of this regular service (that the unit should have been ready for the summer).

Spent a whole day waiting for a service person for a 12 to 2 appointment time he never showed up that day . Called the next day and was told I was on the books for 3 pm that day now and there had been an issue with the ipad. I was told there was a 20 dollar gift card in the mail for my time. I have yet to receive anything. Service rep was efficient nice and only an hour past his appointment time.

I couldn't ask for better service. Chris arrived earlier than scheduled, which was greatly appreciated since my water heater was out and I was in need of a shower. He not only got my heater going, but found a problem I was not aware of, pointed it out to me, and fixed it. On a personal basis, he gave me some info that is very important to me.

Steve Edwards was dispatched to my home on Thursday, June 11, 2015, at my request which was handled by Lucretia (not MacEvil). It was after hours when I called, and I was told the appointment would be at 8 a.m. the next day. I told Lucretia that my wife works as a nurse and would be home after 7 p.m., and that she'd be up at 5:30 the next morning to put in another 12-plus hour day. My resolve to receive service that evening was rewarded when Lucretia told me the service tech would be at my house around 7:30 p.m. that very evening. Steve called me before he headed my way, and he drove from Broken Arrow to Sapulpa. Long story short, Steve's another nice guy employed by Air Assurance. He diagnosed and solved the problem in an hour or less, and that was while listening to me all the time he was working. I am so satisfied with this company that I helped my sister schedule an appointment for her HVAC system. Her A/C hadn't been right for a while, so I called Air Assurance, and Jimmy Barber scheduled my sister for a tech visit four days out, from Monday to Friday. Well, I sent Mr. Dave Rampey an email. Mr. Rampey, the owner of Air Assurance, had always responded quickly to my email inquiries when I was getting my new Lennox HVAC system installed in March, 2014. He's still on top of his game. He remembered me, and bumped my sister's appointment up a couple of days. She got her problem solved after calling out some guy from Bixby who basically took $85.00 for showing up and failing to even recognize the problem. I highly recommend Air Assurance and all the employees I've dealt with during my purchase, installation, and service contacts. They had the best price I could find, and their service is excellent.

Steve Edwards is a nice guy and a good electrician. He was just good to visit with while he worked. Steve called to let me know he was on the way, and he showed up as scheduled even though after regular hours. I have high praise for Steve Edwards, Jerry Cunningham, Lucretia, David McCoy, and Dave Rampey. What a team.

Marquis was excellent. We purchased a house on Friday and discovered that the AC was not functioning properly. We knew nothing about the system. Marquis thoroughly evaluated each component and found two separate issues. He explained each problem in detail answering all of our questions and laying out our options. He also alerted us to some dirty ducting and recommended a cleaning company. He was sensitive to the fact that we had just purchased the house and gave us discount pricing on much of the work and even waived the $99 service charge. After a scheduling mishap on Saturday, we weren't sure about working with Air Assurance long-term, but Marquis' expertise, attitude and professionalism changed out minds. He really went above and beyond. We signed an annual maintenance contract and feel confident recommending Air Assurance to friends and neighbors.

We had our spring check performed and then our 26 year old unit stopped working that evening. Called for service and they sent someone out that evening. Due to the age of our unit the part would not be available until the next day. After some scheduling confusion our unit was repaired that next evening. Both technicians, Steve and Mark, where very courteous and professional. They will continue to get my business.

Rico arrived on time, he was competent and cheerful service technician. He went "over and above" by fixing a couple of annoying noisy spots in the furnace unit with some tape and a piece of PVC pipe. He did his inspection schedule with no fuss, no muss. I would certainly have him back. All of the Air Assurance technicians have been great over the years!

As usual AC goes out on the hottest day so far this year. Called late Friday evening and the technician came out. Found the problem and provided a workaround till he could get back the next morning. He arrived at 8AM Saturday morning and resolved the issue. Kudos to Mark and the whole Air Assurance Team.
