Marquis was excellent. The only problem/surprise I encountered during my first ESP experience was being told I had to pay for a filter replacement - even after being assured by Lynn over the phone that my first ESP experience would not cost me any more of my hard earned money than what I had already paid.

The technician came out at the scheduled time and did a very thorough inspection. The detail of work, considering it was raining a bit is not only surprising but also commendable. I'm enrolled in the ESP plan, and Air Assurance has been prompt and efficient in checking my furnace and air conditioner twice a year. When I bought the house, the original HVAC equipment was still installed. There was a malfunction in the furnace which would have required disassembling it to fix it. I interviewed HVAC companies and went with Air Assurance. I have now had installed my second Air Assurance system. Their customer service (Kevin was the tech) is excellent and Kevin was very polite and explained everything he was doing.

Wonderful and prompt service. The service reps were knowledgeable and friendly and treated me like I was family. Jerry has been coming out twice a year for the maintenance program and my daughter and granddaughter think of him as family. Air Assurance doesn't push their reps to get more money, they push their reps to really care about individuals out there when making suggestions for products. A great and honest company!

Of all the plumbers I have dealt with over the years, Chris Waterhouse is clearly the most professional. He knows his trade, has great product knowledge and his customer relations skills are top drawer. I have recommended him to my neighbors. He is also a veteran of the armed forces, which is a bonus!. The tech was all set to leave without finding any problems with the system until he was pressed further. It seemed to then give the system a little more thorough check and decided that it was a danger to the house due to a "crack" in the heat exchanger and that he had to turn the gas off. Regardless of whether this is the correct diagnosis or not (I happen to disagree), if the issue was a big enough cause for concern that our gas had to be turned off immediately, then his second look at the system should probably be a standard check by your company. I had our unit inspected in the fall with no issues found and the first inspection this weekend by your tech also did not turn up any issues, until he was pressed further. I feel like a paid someone to come over and use scare tactics to sell us a new system without the benefit of helping us with our current situation at all.

The lady taking making the appt. was great- called and let us know Chris was on his way. Chris Waterhouse is our guy. We tried a couple of other businesses before trying Air Assurance (sorry to say) we didn't find Air Assurance first but now we know who to call!!

Air Assurance was on time and the service pro Steve was very good at diagnosing the issue with our humidifier, and subsequently fixing the problem. I did think that the cost of $380 for a solenoid and the service was somewhat excessive, especially since I participate in the extended service program. IF not for the cost I would have rated this experience 5 stars.

The service tech was great, but your prices are rediculous for repairs. I curcuit board that I had replaced cost over $500, not including the labor. I found out I could purchase this same item myself for about $100. That's quite a mark up!

Air Assurance responded to my online request within 15 minutes of submission and had a technician to the home within the hour. We had an AC/Heating fan motor issue that ultimately has necessitated a new unit being installed and an electric for gas conversion. The tech was great. I would highly recommend AA for any HVAC needs.

Air Assurance did an excellent job changing out my old AC and furnace to a new Lennox system. The team were on time, worked hard while on the job, friendly, answered all my questions, and did a nice clean up when finished. I did not worry about a thing during the process and they can be trusted on their word. I wondered why I waited too long to have the work done and extremely happy with the end result. Oh, and I had my water heater replaced by them too at the same time.

I feel like Air Assurance over charges, $179 for the first hour.... wow Have used Williams Plumbing recently and they only charged $60 an hour.

Technician was ver courteous did his job, but was not difficult. Apparently the washer was blocking water flow. It took him all of 3 minutes. He wanted to sell me a new shower head for $150.00 I had just replaced the shower head a couple of months prior, he removed the water saver maybe another 3 minutes. Charge $100.00 plus tax. I understand that you are paying him and have trucks to pay for. He did mark it down to $88. I was thinking about having air conditioner/ heating unit serviced by you. Using the I-pad took longer than the service he provided. I have nothing against the technician. But when something is that simple $100 seems excessive.

My comments should no way be reflected as critical of the service tech, as he was very professional. I had a existing plastic water line replaced with a copper line to the ice maker on the refrigerator. Yes, he told me the price and I agreed to pay before the work started and I also told him what price I had hoped to pay, which was about $100.00 less than the quote and he said he would try to keep the price as low as possible. He was here for almost exactly one hour to finish the job. I had printed out a $10.00 coupon from your web page also. The total was $244.45. I did not see on the statement that a credit was given for the $99.00 / hr service call against the time spent. I had told him that I had hoped to pay about $150.00. So according to my statement I was charged $144.45 +/- for 10 feet of copper pipe (small guage) and 1 6' piece of flex line from the copper pipe to the regrig. I feel like that was excessive. Yes, I agreed to the estimate, however I think when the job was done the price should have been changed to show one hour service call and parts costs. Had I not just two weeks ago had full hip replacement surgery, I would have done this myself and I will certainly check, but i doubt that lowe's would charge that much for the two pieces of pipe listed above. If for some reason the job had taken twice as long as the est., I am sure the price would have gone up. Again, the gentleman who was here was very professional and I do not want this in any way to reflect badly on him. I am sure he was following policy.
