Jerry was very kind and professional. My only concern is immediately after he left my heater has been smelling hot like something is burning. Had another technician come out 3 days later to double check my furnace. He says it's the blower. I'm still running it but funny how it began and continued after my prepaid checkup :( 02/01/15 |

During the yearly maintenance of my furnace, it was found that my 3-stage unit was set up to run only on "high". I bought this particular furnance last year because of its efficiency features. Initial installation apparently was not set up correctly. It is now. Air Assurance has always been here when I needed them for other thermostat issues, etc. Steve E. 01/29/15 |

The service that we had was a winter furnace inspection. They did a complete evaluation including using internal visualization with a flexible scope to detect internal cracks or holes. Although our unit is 18 years old and showing its age, they were able to keep it running at normal function. We have used Air Assurance for several years and are very pleased with the service we have received. In the spring they provide similar service in inspecting our air conditioning unit. What repairs and service that have been required have been done efficiently and as inexpensively as could be expected. I would recommend their services to anyone in need. Mark S. 01/27/15 |

Starting with Stephen Taylor who provided an estimate, John Hogue & Kristensen Smith who installed humidifier system, Chris Waterhouse who plumbed the system and David Eddings who fired up and checked the system, Air Assurance has a winning team.

We have been doing business with Air Assurance for about 10 years or more. We have always had excellent service. I always request the same service person Jerry and they are very accommodating to make sure my request is honored. Air Assurance was our choice a couple of years ago when we installed our two new HVAC units. They worked with me to fix a couple of issues we were having after installation and never once were we given an attitude that they would give up until the mystery was solved. Technician Bradley Martin performed maintenance on our (3) furnace units. He arrived timely, was courteous and due to his thorough inspection he was able to inform us with diagnostics of a unit that was not operating at optimum level which will shorten the life of our unit if not corrected. They put in two units or heat and air, cleaned up and followed through with eveything they said and more! The best customer service we have ever had! Dealer's representative was helpful and available to answer questions. There was no "high pressure" sales pitch, but he did encourage us to decide within a two week period in order to take advantage of certain discounts. We felt that he worked to give us the best price with several discount options.
The installation went well despite a problem with our older home, and the workers consulted with their supervisors regarding the best solution. There were no extra charges for this "work around."
The new units are quiet and appear to be efficient, but we haven't had them long enough to be able to compare with past usage. The air conditioner is larger than I anticipated, but that's not a criticism, just something for others to consider before installation. Air Assurance T. 01/16/15 |

My husband & I have done business with Air Assurance for many years! They recently installed a brand new heating and air conditioning system. It is working perfectly!
Our previous units lasted for 20 years thank to Air Assurance's ESP plan. We bought that yearly and it is well worth it. They would service the Lennox units and repair any small thing wrong with them. I'm sure that is why they lasted for so long.
