Have always had great service with Air Assurance service technicians. Thankfully,
problems have been few, although some were critical. They were diagnosed, fixed and I was back in service. Can't ask for more than that. I have been with Air Assurance for over ten years and two different houses. They are my go-to maintenance company. I rest easy knowing that they check my AC/Heating unit two times a year. Weill worth the peace of mind. A bargain in today's budgets. The technicians are always polite and professional, and on time! They wear foot protectors when in the house and do a thorough job. I would highly recommend Air Assurance for your heating and air conditioning needs.

The service technician ( *********** ) ran diagnostics - discovered a minor discrepancy - changed out a part - ran more diagnostics - all was well. Have previously been very satisfied with
Air Assurance. Have my Lennox Air
Conditionar and Tankless Water Heater
with you. Also you installed two Toto
Stools for me. On Oct. 17 the plumber
did not unplug the sewer and told me I
needed a new sewer line. He said the
end of his cable hit something and broke
off. The next day (Oct. 18,Sunday) a
plumber from a very well known company
cleared the line in about 5 mins.
I truly believe you should refund the
$139. I paid for nothing.

We have carried service contracts for our home with Air Assurance for about 3 years now and we are very pleased with their service. Certainly every maintenance check there is a list of items that need to be addressed, however, there has never been any undue pressure to purchase additional products or services. Every service worker wants us to be fully educated about the functioning of our HVAC system and how we can maintain that. Air Assurance was great. Had my HVAC system replaced and moved the furnace from a closet in the house and the air ducts from the crawl space all to the attic. Jim Nantz, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Daniel and J.C. did the installation and well, they just did a great job. There were a few problems but Air Assurance made sure everything was resolved. Anyone thinking about replacing all or part of HVAC system definitely should contact them for at least an estimate. The Air Assurance Team did a quality job diagnosing and replacing needs equipment for one of my units. They worked with me to pick a good replacement and though not replacing an entire system, ensured that when I need to replace my outside AC unit, the insides unit would be up to spec. Bonus: when the new AC unit was having an issue with the blower, they replaced that unit before sending me a bill. We are part of their service contract and have been happy with their work and professionalism. Everyone from the sales staff to the scheduler and the guys that did the work at the house were professional, on-time, and provide quality customer service. I recommend them when you have HVAC needs. When my husband and I decided that it was time to bite the bullet and replace our heat and air system plus get new duct work installed, we mostly relied on advertisements of the company's we got quotes for, plus for the type of system we wanted to purchase of which we had done a good amount of research on. First impressions of the sales person and their knowledge of what they sell is certainly a plus in the right direction, and most importantly, listening to what we wanted and making it clear that he would check all areas to make sure it would fit and the system would meet or exceed our expectations. This included changing from floor vents to overhead venting, removing all old ductwork and hauling off, sealing off old vents. Everything was put in writing and there were NO SURPRISES that cost us beyond what we were quoted! The installation team was fantastic, very friendly, and always cleaned up each area daily before they left. Would highly recommend the company from sales, installers, office staff and the tech that does our maintenance checks. Top notch all the way.
