We researched four local companies when we decided to replace our air conditioners and furnaces, which were new when we built our home fifteen years ago. Air Assurance gave us comparable prices to another company, but the level of professionalism and service was far superior with Air Assurance. We couldn't be more pleased with our new Lennox air conditioners. They are much quieter units, and they cool the house much more effectively. Losing your A/C in the summer is never fun. Air Assurance was so helpful in deciding which unit worked best for us and the installation was scheduled quickly to keep us comfortable. Replaced two entire HVAC zones with top of the line high efficiency equipment and steam humidifier. Installation team was extremely thorough and professional. I've viewed a number of new homes and never seen such detailed, meticulous installation - included adding bigger returns, dampers to all legs, adding additional vent, surge protectors, etc. Plumbing specialists came to do the gas hookups. There was no pressure to buy from their sales rep yet he was very professional and offered the best price compared to the other Lennox dealers I met with. They were very prompt in addressing a concern I had and made sure I knew how the system should perform. Needing to replace our heat and air system, we talked with several companies. Air Assurance in Broken Arrow gave us by far the most specific information and several options to best fit our needs. Their workmen were amazing, they were polite, very professional, and my husband was impressed when they finished, there was no left over mess at all, very clean! Through the process from start to finish the communication and information was A+. As for the price, it was very fair. All & all we recommend this company highly. I work with a few people who had replaced their units around the same time and they did not receive the type of expert service we did. My project took less than two weeks to complete beginning with the initial planning and estimating phase through the installation of two separate heating and cooling systems. A conventional forced air system was used to heat and cool the upper level of my home and 4 mini split units were used to heat and cool the lower level. This eliminated the ductwork for the lower level which was in very poor condition and under the floor slab. The equipment operates very quietly and holds the desired temperature spot on. The personnel at my home from Air Assurance (Mike, James, and Chad) were highly skilled and a pleasure to work with. It was very cold during the actual replacement of the units, but we were only without heat for a few hours on one day. Consider me a very satisfied customer. Air Assurance T. 10/15/14 |

Had a new HVAC put in out 40 year old house. Air Assurance did an excellent job and found numerous problems with our existing system (duct work, leaks, etc) and fixed them. Even though installation took a day more than the original estimate they stayed with their quoted price. The installers were friendly and professional and respected our property and privacy, and didn't seem to mind it when I "hovered" to see what they were doing and appease my curiosity.
There were some minor configuration issues with our zoned system but Air Assurance was happy to come back within just an hour of my phone call to make adjustments.
We've been using Air Assurance for routine service for 10 years and were happy to choose them to install our new system, and will be happy to continue to have them service it for another decade. Air Assurance T. 10/15/14 |

We were very impressed by the salesman's knowledge of the Lennox brand. He went though & explained everything from top to bottom. He told us exactly where we were having problems and why and how Air Assurance would fix them. There were no surprises or hidden fees. What they quoted us on paper was what we paid. The installers were very professional & great to work with. They arrived at the appropriate time each day. They explained at the start of each day what was going to be completed. I didn't get an original bill in the mail (lost?). What I did get in email was lacking in detail. Lennox and Air Assurance have a long term experience with our family, our previous Lennox unit was installed in June 1989 and worked just fine until April 2014. We knew we would get another Lennox and have Air Assurance install the product. Their staff of representatives were prompt, thorough, and well presented in dress and attitude. After having 6 different companies out to give us a quote for our new ac and heat systems I can honestly claim Air Assurance to be the best!
After a thorough walk through and inspection with a very knowledgeable sales rep we were presented with a couple of different options. Talked it through and decided which option to go with. We received a very detailed quote but we still had questions. They were promptly answered.
Installing crew were outstanding. Courteous, considerate and hard working. They took pride in doing the job right and paid attention to all the details, mechanically and esthetically.
Upon completion the work was inspected by manager. One small detail was not to his liking. Crew came back and fixed it within short time. No problem.
Overall this is by far the most professional company we have ever worked with. Having had several other jobs done in our houses this isn't stated lightly. We are perfectionists and expect things done right, perfectly.

When we concluded that we needed to replace both our AC & our furnace, we turned to the company most highly recommended by our friends & neighbors, Air Assurance, who sent their knowlegeable rep to our home to assess our needs. The rep enthusiatically recommended Lennox for both units & offered five AC/heating packages and explained the benefits of each. After he patiently answered a myriad of questions from us, we chose the Lennox AC & the Lennox Furnace package that we concluded best fit our needs, along with a Lennox Programmable Thermostat. The installation team members were professional, thorough, polite and meticulous. We couldn't be more pleased--and we are very picky people. The entire Air Assurance experience was a positive one--from the assessment of our needs to the installation of the units to the follow-up. Dealer explained three options, and I chose the middle one which included a Higher Eff. furnace and AC with the icomfort Wi-Fi thermostat. Was a very good choice, as in Oklahoma, we have in just two or three months used both. Have achieved more air flow and quieter operation with lower energy used. What more could I want? Installers were neat, courteous and knew the equipment. Air Assurance even fixed a small plumbing leak they discovered when running my new copper lines. We were just blown away with the professionalism of the installation crew! First of all, all of the installers were dressed neatly and introduced themselves to us, the homeowners. They did not look like some that are commonly seen that have not showered or changed clothes in a week. Each and every time they had to be inside the home they made sure they had coverings over their shoes to make sure they did not track dirt inside the house. Their attention to detail during the installation was another area that blew us away. Example would be they even sealed the floor air vents perimeter to ensure there was no loss of heat/cooling due to duct work gaps. Also they did the same with the ones in the ceilings. They also noticed during installation a few things that needed to be done to make our new unit run more efficient and they took care of it without any additional charge and said it was their pleasure and they wanted to make sure we received optimal efficiency as possible. You just do not find people these days with integrity in their working ethics as we did with Air Assurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone and applaud them for the care they gave my family!
