8-13-15 work done. Still have not received my receipt as promised. Peplaced the blower fan at $729.00 You can't be serious! Never again!

Air Assurance went above and beyond what I expected by installing a temporary unit at my residence to get me through the time period before the installation could take place. Their service installers were very nice, took great care to keep my home clean, and were courteous and friendly. Mine was a difficult installation, but they did the job with a smile.

Had to have plumber come out. The plumber tightened the pipe on the unit put a little glue. No more problems was there 10 minutes. The AC guy could have done that. We were ripped off.

This review pertains as much to the technician as it does the company itself. Both were of the utmost of professional, curteous and friendly. As I type this another Air Assurance team is banging around in my crawlspace doing duct repair. Everything has been nothing more than as promised and top notch. There is one caveat...HOLY COW this is freaking expensive. The A/C repair, after I looked up the parts used came in at about 200 dollars per man hour and the duct work will be just shy of that. High standards should have a high price but there is a reasonable level and we a on the edge of breaching that one. On the next 100 degree day if I can hang meat in here then I will calm down

Air Assurance has been incredible from the beginning with our initial quote on a new unit! Very Professional, courteous, thorough...job well done. I know with every scheduled maintenance that we are in good hands. By far the Best experience I have ever had with a service company of any kind. I wish the integrity they display was the normal.

We have a service agreement for the Air Conditioning System in our house and recently the unit for the upstairs craft room of my wife went out. I called Air Assurance and the person was sent out on the agreed on date and he found the issue in a very short time and had it fixed real fast. The gentleman Steve was very professional, courteous and forthcoming with the information, issues and explained it very well, he should be commended.

Wow, where do we start. First on time and second made us feel so comfortable with smiles and excellent attitudes, immediately protected our floors from damage, and proceeded to install a great system to cool and heat our house. After a couple of months we had them install second unit upstairs and again completely satisfied. Won't hesitate to recommend them and the Lennox system. Thanks to all involved! We have two new systems from Air Assurance that are working great. We have an older system for the upstairs that broke while we were away on vacation. Marquis came out on a Saturday to troubleshoot the older unit. We explained that we had guests staying with us and really needed the upstairs unit running over the weekend. He went above and beyond in his efforts to fix the unit. He got it done and saved us money in the process. Marquis was very kind and helpful. He did a great job for us. His efforts reaffirmed that Air Assurance is a great company to work with and that they really care about their customers. Great job Marquis!

I strongly recommend Air Assurance! They were recommended to me when we purchased a home last November. We purchased their service agreement and have used it twice for after hours service. The quality of the service we received was excellent. The people who came out and fixed our equipment after hours were extremely professional and fixed the problem very quickly. They are awesome!!

Thanks to his expertise while installing a new evaporator coil, he also discovered a part that my unit did not need 2 of and discovered a missing part in my compressor outside that the builders incompetently did not install. THEIR EMPLOYEES CAME OUT, TOOK OUT OUR OLD FURNACE AND A/C UNIT AND INSTALLED BOTH NEW A/C AND FURNACE PLUS EXTRA PLENUM WORK DONE BY PREVIOUS A/C UNIT INSTALLER, ADDED A NEW A/C PAD AND NEW THERMOSTAT, ETC. ALL IN ONE DAY!

The service man was efficient, polite and very thorough when he came out to work on our system. Rico, like the other service men, always introduce themselves and assure that they are from the company you are expecting. We have the service contract and they come out twice a year to inspect and service the system. This problem was not something that would be known during a regular inspection, the part that went out was fine at that time. Thank you for all of your help with our ac system.

We had one of our units at our house just go completely dead. I called after 6pm on a Friday, and while we could have insisted on having a technician come out that evening, I was satisfied to have one come out the next morning. Kevin arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, and within ten minutes had determined our problem was just a plugged drain line. Within 5 minutes he had used a nitrogen tank to blow out the line, and our unit was up and running. He spent another 15 or 20 minutes checking the unit over, cleaning the outdoor compressor, etc. I am very satisfied with the service, but have one small gripe. For a 5-minute operation using their nitrogen tank and what is likely a specialized tool to connect to the drain, it cost me $101. The entire cost for the service call, had there been nothing at all to fix, would have been $85. (We're on the ESP service plan.) I know how much these gas tanks cost to refill, and the tools last forever - this $101 charge is more than a little excessive. Still, I like Air Assurance overall. They're there when I need them, overall their prices are not too excessive. It's just once in a while something like this pops up...

Air Assurance provided excellent service and the technicians are always on time and dressed neatly. Scott L. provided service in the plumbing and he has been extremely helpful, plus he is very knowledgeable. I have to replace a toilet, so I am not through with him yet. Steve E. did the semi annual service on our air conditioning units. He is always so pleasant and appreciates our business.

Rico was the gentleman that came to check out my AC unit, I could not have asked for better customer service or communication from anyone. He was awesome to explain things to me. Air Assurance put in new AC/heating units earlier this year. They were wonderful for this female, senior citizen to work with. Was so grateful for their fairness and explanations as the systems were being installed.

Invoice reads, "removed top and flushed out vents" (or something to this effect). Did not remove top. Flushed out vent areas by hosing unit sides from outside of unit. In past years I have personally removed top to clean and flush out vents and trash from inside unit.
