We had an overnight plumbing leak pop up. John showed up within about 2 hours of my initial call. He was professional, personable, even while our two dogs were trying to interrupt his work, and did a great job getting our leak fixed properly and in a timely manner. We really appreciated getting the water stopped!

Marquis was our service tech. He immediately solved a problem for me by correcting how I had programmed my thermostat and thus, he restored the functionality of my humidifier. He then went on to thoroughly inspect my three hvac units and reported back on his findings. His knowledge, professionalism, and demeanor immediately earned my respect. He is obviously talented and well trained, which speaks volumes about his character and the character of Air Assurance. I was very pleased with the repairs and the results!

The problem is NOT resolved! We keep getting air in the lines of our geothermal system. They were suppose to have the people call us that put the lines in the ground, but we have not heard from them, thus our system is bound to break down again.

A supervisor should have come out to see the problem first, the young man that did the work was told over the phone what to do. All of the insulation and spray cans of foam has to be removed so that the job can be fixed correctly. I don't think I should have been charged for something that didn't work.

We have used air assurance for many years. They are truly a professional service. We have a all inclusive package with them and they have never failed to come to our house at the sight of any potentional problem with our heat and air, no matter the time. Day or night, holidays etc. Their staff is very knowledgable with all aspects of their services they provide.

Extremely poor service! In December we called about water leaking from our first floor furnace. The tech searched and finally found a hose that had come loose and was leaking. He hooked the hose back up, the furnace worked and he said everything was fine. This past Sunday morning, we woke to no heat on the first floor. Called for service and a tech showed up at 11:00a.He said that a relay had shorted out due to water build-up on it. he showed me the relay and sure enough, the plastic 'cup" on top of the relay was full of rusty water. This rusty, corrosive water caused the relay to fail. We asked the tech in December is everything was all right with the furnace and he said that it was. Stupid us - we believed him! Apparently he didn't bother to check over the unit or would have seen the water in the relay and known that it would be a problem. Air Assurance Service seems to be very lacking in thoroughness and professionalism. We will definitely call someone else for future service!!!

Repair of my furnace was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. Mark Swanson was very thorough found the problem and waited for the parts to be delivered and then put it back in working condition. One Saturday morning last week I woke up to my furnace making a weird noise. Familiar with Air Assurance having weekend service, I called to see if they could send someone out. I was pleased to hear they would have Mark come out as soon as he finished his current service call. About an hour later, Mark arrived and determined I had a broken blower fan that would have to be replaced. Unfortunately, it was something that required a replacement part from a supplier that was not open on weekends. Mark said he would get the part on the following Monday and install it then. On Monday, He arrived with the new part, installed it...And no more problem!

01/04/2016 Most recent review We had to have a gas line moved for our gas fireplace. We were very pleased with the work that John J. provided, as well as how knowledgable and personable he was as well. Air Assurance always provides excellent customer service, whether dealing with office staff or service technicians. The technicians we've worked with over the years have been very professional and personable. Mark S. came and provided our maintenance this week. He went above and beyond to show me items of interest and made suggestions to ensure that our a/c unit runs at optimum efficiency, both for the short-term and for the life of the unit. As always, we were very happy with the service provided by Air Assurance.

Lady I deliver Meals on Wheels to is using Air Comfort or Air Solutions. She has been waiting 2 weeks for a part for her furnace. I told she should have called Air Assurance and sign up for the special plan we have.

I have been very happy with the service I received from Air Assurance. They were able to come earlier than the appointed time but they called first to see if it was convenient for me. I was given the technicians' name and he had identification when he arrived in a company van.He went about his job and explained how I could get a rebate and what papers I needed to send.

I will use Air Assurance from now on. They were very friendly, speedy, and professional. The gentleman that came to my home was friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. The only complaint I have is that some of the parts he needed I had already purchased so he could've used those. Other than that I have no complaints and was very pleased with their professionalism.
