I had an issue with my one of my units freezing up periodically. My second unit also seemed to have difficulty in maintaining cool air being discharged. I was told that the coils for both units had completely rusted out and would need to be replaced. A consultant was called to provide pricing and options for the replacement. I was also told that the 5 ton unit required 5 lbs of refrigerant and the 2 ton unit needed 3 lbs. I paid for these costs and proceeded to meet with the consultant. I was provided a quote of $25k-$30k for replacing both systems. The quote did not include the unit options discussed and provided no breakdown of the costs to understand what was driving the total. I requested an updated quote with the options discussed as well as further breakdown of the costs. The quote received had multiple errors and I was told that any additional breakdown in cost would take a lot of time and wouldn't actually provide a level of detail that's requested.

Chris W. came to replace a bathroom faucet. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. It was an old faucet and difficult to remove but Chris did a great job! He left my bathroom clean after he finished. I would recommend Air Assurance plumbing service to my friends and family.

I have been fortunate in having found such a dependable and experienced company to care for my heat/ac unit. I subscribe to their service plan and twice a year they come out and do a complete check of the systems, including giving them a thorough cleaning. I highly recommend Air Assurance to all my friends and neighbors in the Broken Arrow and Tulsa area.

We recently had an installation of furnace and duct work in November. I have always had to previously clear the water drain manually when using AC. After installation, I was assured with the new unit that I would no longer have to do this. Well, the unit filled with water and the auto shutoff engaged. I did not know why the unit was not working. I believed that it was the new thermostat failure due to the 'black touchscreen'. Naturally I called AA with the confidence of the warranty. The technician vacuumed the drain and I was charged what I believe is an unreasonable Saturday emergency amount (especially having spent so much purchasing new equip). I would have hoped this easy service would have been dubbed 'customer service after the sale'. The technicians work took all of 3 or 4 minutes. I would not be so upset if the installers had not told me that I no longer had to clear the drain myself. Keith was nice but stayed way too long for this issue and when I asked if this could be a courtesy support visit (customer getting used to his new system) Keith replied 'it is what it is' and charged the Saturday fee anyway. Air Assurance is a good company with good service, and I understand it is a business. I do understand that you must charge for the Saturday service, but I felt we could have done better here. Perhaps you could offer a follow-up service for those who get new installation?

Our downstairs unit was not cooling and the line was freezing over back to the outdoor unit. Bill was assigned as our technician and was absolutely marvelous! He was thorough, checking for leaks at both the indoor and outdoor units, and recharged the system. Before leaving, he completely explained what he had done and told us options we could consider should we incur further problems, including other diagnostic methods of finding small leaks that may be difficult to locate. Couldn't be happier!

I cannot believe how wonderful and prompt they, at Air Assurance are. The problem was identified at 3pm one day, they were there within an hour. And all the repairs were done the next day. I love these guys. I would, and have recommended them to many.

I have had nothing but great experience[s] with Air Assurance over the years. ***** , and by extension Mike the owner, are the only people I trust to take care of my HVAC needs. They have always been prompt, exceedingly courteous, professional and get it done right the first time. If, as has happened only once over the last 25 years, there is a problem, they have made sure it was taken care of ASAP. Highly recommend both Air Assurance as a company and ***** as a tech.

Have used Air Assurance for more than 25 years, and have never been disappointed. Recently had my 26 year old A/C go out on a Friday morning. I immediately called and with Marquis and Stephen's assistance, a new unit was installed by Saturday afternoon. I could not believe or appreciate faster service!

Keith did a good job diagnosing the problem and was instrumental in getting the problem taken care of at no cost to me. My only complaint is that he was not very respectful of my neighbors.he was informed that he would need to set his ladder up at my end of the townhomes because it was before 10 A.M. He stated that he didn't care if they complained and set the ladder up on the end by his truck. I understand that he didn't want to carry the ladder that far and I should have considered that when I set up the appointment. But I don't feel that was the right way for him to handle the situation. I was going to offer to help him carry the ladder but his attitude turned me off.

Sometimes I am reluctant to get the service agreements, but with Air Assurance I can tell that they really fully checked my system from top to bottom. I am super thrilled to have my high tech system and Air Assurance will keep it at 100%.

I have had excellent service from Air Assurance Company since 2014. I used Air Assurance to replace my old air conditioner/heater system and the workman were very polite, informative and completed the work in one day. I know from other people that many companies take 2 days. The workman arrived when they said they would and work steadily till the task was completed. Then another Air Assurance service representative comes to inspect the system and insure everything is working correctly and to handle any questions. The Air Assurance Extended Service Plan Agreement(for spring/summer and fall/winter) is reasonable and well worth the money. The technician is punctual and very thorough in checking the system, replacing the filter and leaving the system very clean.

Steve has been my service professional for well over 15 years now. I trust him implicitly. I rely on his judgement to care for my Heating and Air Conditioning needs and more importantly my safety in my home. He cared for an old unit that I inherited when I bought my house and advised me about replacement as well as efficiency issues and savings. He advised me about other products that would be beneficial especially a Carbon Monoxide monitor for the house. I have never gone overnight without either heat or air because my home unit was not properly or quickly serviced. Thanks, Steve. Thanks, Air Assurance.

Our dog had torn the wiring to the a/c. The technician repaired it, but of the 7 wires that were 'torn', he only reconnected 3 of them. I'm sure that's the 3 that were important to the running of the a/c (we'll know for certain when the heat of summer hits) but it seems that if there were 7 wires to begin with, then 7 wires should have been reconnected... The other thing that confused me is that for $175, I would have expected the wires to be replaced...not just capped.. Capping them seems to be a 'half-hearted' repair.....a 'quick fix' rather than a true repair. I would not expect to pay $175 for a 'quick fix'....
