After diagnosing the leaking faucet, the recommended work was way to expensive. I guess the same day service is built into the price and our leak was not an emergency so we declined. Since our leak is not an emergency we will have the work done at a more reasonable price. I rated #6 a 1 but it should really be Not Applicable because we didn't have any work performed. 11/28/12 |

Matt C was amazing. He worked tirelessly on our pipes, finding an incredibly stubborn leak. He was professional through and though, explaining everything he was doing along the way. Service was not a problem your prices r way to high. I know plumbing work is not cheap and I expected that however I was not expecting to be robbed. 387.00 to replace to a valve and hose is highway robbery. I am not paying for your advertising, trucks, insurance, gas. I just had a simple job. We had 2 different people come since the 1st one did not seem to know enough to finish the job and did not have appropriate tools. The 2nd one, Mark, was excellent. The job was a difficult one and he tackled it with determination and completed it successfully. The problem above was trying to get the second electrician here the following day. 11/27/12 |

I'd give your company a "10", but gave you a "9" since the price to send someone here and unclog a shower drain was astronomical: $481!
You got the "9" only because of your top notch plumber, Jon P, who is by far, the most professional plumber I have ever met.
A local company advertises in a local paper of shower drain service for only $85. I'm sure he doesn't advertise on the radio though, which is why I went with you folks; WTIC AM. Your radio ads worked.

Matt C showed up right on time to fix the leak under my sink. He patiently explained what the problem was and because the leak was in an area that I could not see, he took a picture of the leak with his phone to show me how the fitting was corroded. Great timing to come out the same day I called, however VERY EXPENSIVE. I'm okay with the $50 fee to come into my house for 10 minutes but the diagnostic price just to see and estimate on what it could be was outrageous! 11/23/12 |
