Mark P was here today, to fix the electric lights in our kitchen. He was on time, he was professional, he was neat, cleaned up every thing and took our old fixtures out to dispose of as well. This is the third Aiello technician I have had to my home, they are all so nice, so professional, You can tell they are dedicated to their jobs and most important to their customers. Everything you see on the commercials is true, even the boots :) The quotes are fair, and they explain everything that needs to be done so there are no surprises. It was one of the coldest days of the winter, and I had no heat-I called Aiello, and they were there promptly. The technician was corteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable-He had the heat going in no time.

I called at approximately 9:30 am and was told someone would arrive between 12:00 and 4:00. Around 10:00 I was called back to say a technician would arrive within the hour. Since we had a frozen heating pipe, I was very pleased. Pete arrived about 10:30, thawed the pipe and made the repair. I had called two other service providers in the area before contacting Aiello. Neither answered the phone and I left voice messages for both. For one, I left two messages. I never received a call back from either one. I then called Aiello Home Services. I spoke to someone on the first call and had an appointment that afternoon. An email was sent within 1 hour letting me know who I had talked to at the office, and who the technical person was that would be coming to my house. These included names and pictures. About two hour later, I received an update letting me know the technician had changed. He arrived within the scheduled window, and called on his way to let me know he was on his way. Our technician showed up on time with carpet booties in hand, we had a baseboard heating problem on my second floor and he was able to narrow down the problem within half an hour. He provided us with two options and was willing to listen to our concerns regarding the extensive repair cost of the boiler (since we are selling our property), in the end he recommended we only do the one absolutely necessary repair and wait to decide on doing the costly repairs or replacing our twenty year old boiler all together. We are so pleased to see that Aiello has the same technician supporting the local Newington area. All our neighbors that have used Matt has said he's the most qualified and has superior customer service skills. It s such a pleasure to have Matt and having the confidence in his abilities.
