Our kitchen sink stopped working on Sunday including a leak that flooded the kitchen and leaked into the basement. Mike from Ailello fixed the problem in less than an hour, taking the time to explain to me everything he was doing on a step by step basis, and doing so with a pleasant personality and sense of humor. Until this year, I've been totally impressed. This year, though was a bit of a let down. I was expecting a call in April to schedule my annual service maintenance. I did not receive a call, so I called in May. The earliest date open was Sat., 6/26, which I took. On Sat., I waited all day for a call to know when to expect the arrival. No call came until around 6:10 PM when the Tech said he would arrive in 10 minutes. I waited the entire day and not able to leave to take care of outside needs.
No need to contact me - I will trust that this was an abberration that will not repeat. If you do, suggest via e-mail. I also trust that my next annual appointment will revert back to April/May next year. 07/04/13 |

Recently had a new heating & central air unit installed. From the first gentleman that came to inspect existing unit & discuss options to the date of the actual installation, it was definitely 5 star service!!! I contacted Aiello Home Services in response to one of the monthly email we receive. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable regarding my plumbing concerns. She forwarded my request to Michael R who came to our home promptly.
Michael R looked over our plumbing issues thoroughly. He looked up all the information and sat down with me and advised what was best for our situation. The work was done quickly and professionally. When he was finished he walked me through each individual issue to make sure it was done to my satisfaction.

Our evaluation concerned the work of Tim Fabuien and Jason who were here all day Thursday, March 28th and did a home energy audit. The long and short of the evaluation is that they were excellent in every way. We were completely satisfied and very impressed. To be specific, we think Tim was courteous, deliberate, very respectful of us and our home, an excellent organizer, supervisor and worker, knowledgeable, responsive to all our questions and patient and clear with all his explanations of what they found and had done.
