It would have been nice if I was told Matt needed to do an inspection of my house to size a furnace. Why that would be needed I am still stumped. But seems since he is just a salesman and not a technician it must be the way he was taught. Displeased with the options the Possible pricing the Poor communications from the company on any question I had. 2 calls in for 2 questions almost a Month no return calls. 1 to Randy and 1 to the Plumbing manager. I wanted to spend money on fixing my filtration system. No call back so No business to you. I was a customer I gave you money each month for a service and still I can not get the service It truly sad how Aiello seems Not to care anymore 04/18/14 |

Jesse and his team did a home Energy assessment in my house. They did such a wonderful job. They spent nine hours leaving no stone unturned. I had a need for multiple plumbing services, i.e. remove disposal, install new faucet, realign drainage, fix two toilets.
I called Aiello and received incredible service scheduling from Amanda --- and the pricing was great. Rocco arrived on-time, assessed the work to be done, gave me quotes that were very fair, and performed all services in a professional manner. Cleanup after the job was great.

Stephen Saja Jr. the tech was very nice and very neat. He answered ALL of my questions very well. He actually showed me HOW my natural gas heating system worked. The tech was 5 stars---HOWEVER, the PRICE LIST for Aiello Home Services is much TOO HIGH. Another tech from Aiello was here earlier and he quoted a price for a new electric 40 gallon water heater at over $1,100.oo about twice what others would charge. While the technicians were personable and knowledgeable, small, ancient gas leaks were found. I was informed that the audit could not continue until these were fixed. I was charged nearly $400 for about 20 minutes work. Besides this, the audit was thorough and comprehensive. I need a new furnace, but I think I'll shop elsewhere judging by the plumbing rates. Steve was prompt in his arrival and in very short order had a courier deliver the correct part for our furnace. He explained everything from A-Z and, he was very polite and knowledgable. He did a wonderful job and it was super fast! He got us back up and running in no time! I would recommend Steve for all your repairs. We also entered into a maintenance contract that was competitive with other vendors and if we need to use it, it's great peace of mind knowing Steve will be at the helm!!
