All personnel were courteous and professional. However, we were absolutely floored and agast at the quoted price of over $900 (nine hundred dollars!!!) to simply repair or replace a 3/4" valve on the water inlet line to our house water meter. Needless to say, we did not have Aiello complete the work. If this price is typical of Aiello's pricing structure, rest assured that we will never call Aiello again and will quickly warn others of this. This pricing was unconscienable. 08/02/14 |

So Matt and Chris arrived 715 am, reviewed the plan for new water heater and ac unit instillation. The rest of the crew arrived promptly at 730am. Everyone was so professional, easily identifiable and efficient. They left my basement clean, no hint of any instillation material left behind. Matt walked me around all of the new unit install. I just had a Home Energy Solutions test done, as we are putting in a heating/air conditioning system along with tankless on demand water heater. Mike L. and Jason R. were great they were on time and very efficient and polite. They were very informative of all they were doing. They mentioned a leak we had in our basement, Mike said he would call a plumber so we could get a quote. Next thing I know Peter pulls in the driveway to look at the problem, gave me a quote and fixed it right then and there. He was great also, never had such fast and efficient plumbing service. I would recommend Aiello without a question of a doubt. Everyone that has been dealing with us Keith especially has been great. I have no complaints regarding the service technician Rocco and CSR Serena. They were both helpful and professional. However, the charge for clearing a clogged toilet was $220. The work took about 5 minutes. Rocco was nice enough to wave the trip charge. We also had a coupon for $35 off and it was still $220. I take partial responsibility for not having a snake in the house to unclog the toilet myself. With that said, charging $220 for 5 minutes of labor, without parts needed, is simply not an effective way to retain loyal customers. I am in the service business myself and understand quite well what is needed to sustain a business. Son had an out of state band stay with us. One member slept on couch in basement. He must have turned off furnace instead of light. Next day A/C would not go on. I could not figure out why. Aiello came out very quickly and that I do appreciate. $180.00 for tech to flip switch with-in two minutes is the most expensive thing I have ever done in my life. It was all great until the technician arrived and said he couldn't look at the air conditioner because it's on the roof. He did not offer any options....like get a ladder? It's a flat roof. Quick convenient service BUT I feel that I got way overcharged on a capacitor. I was charged over $200 for this part that online is less than $50. Will not be using your service again unless there is an immediate problem with the part that was installed. 07/21/14 |

We needed some help with some plumbing issues and since we have used Aiello in the past I gave them a call. Pete arrived on time and replaced our old kitchen faucet and installed some new valves and other piping. It was a bit more intailed that we first thought but he did a nice neat job and was polite as usual.
