I had my Heating and cooling unit replaced by ARS Rescue Rooter. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Steve and Alex were our technicians. They were very professional, not to mention very nice people. They called me on the morning of the installation and told me that they were on their way, and told me what time they would be here, and they were right on time. They both worked very diligently on my AC until it was completed. Once they were finished, they cleaned up and came inside the house to explain to my husband and I how to use the thermostat. Steve & Alex showed up on-time. They were courteous, Steve covered the interior floors; Alex worked on the outside unit.
They were quiet, worked competently and kept up steady work until the install was complete. They then tested the new units, cleaned up & gave me a tutorial on the Nest thermostat. Steve brought me prepared paperwork for signature.
Install was done 1 week ago and has been operating with no problems.

Sorry it took me so long to write a review. I called A.R.S. one day they were at my house the next day. Lester came out went over everything with me. Explained everything about the system. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I agreed for them to replace the whole system. They installed it the same day. Roger and Rob came out they were very polite and very professional they explained everything. They did a great job and clean up behind themselves. The system has worked great. Ruben Inchavsti and Alexander Garcia were just the most outstanding installation team. Very polite and friendly. They worked so well together and let absolutely nothing to clean up after they left. Our new heat/ac unit working perfectly.. We couldn't be more pleased. ARS you have a great team in them! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

They were very knowledgeable and explained things to me, answered all my questions, and perform every task in the Scope of Work. They had a lot of work to do, but didn't waste time, just kept on working until finished. They cleaned up and completed this job in record time. I had been told they would probably be here all day. ARS finally showed up on the 3rd appointment day after not hearing from them at all. Not even a call to say why they were not going to make it to the appointment. I left work early both days to be home from 4 - 7pm. I called at 6:30 both nights and was assured someone was still going to show up that night and I waited till 9 pm. Today I had an a/c installation by Jean and Oscar. They did a phenomenal job explaining every step of the installation along the way. Jean and Oscar was very professional throughout the whole time, very upbeat and they work well as a team. They cleaned up there mess also. In addition we had great conversation with each. Steve and Alex were great! They made sure to protect my floors, and were really friendly. They installed my a/c unit in no time, were punctual with the time of arrival, and called when they were on their way.
