Our toilet overflowed this morning. Within an hour of calling ARS a technician arrived at our house. Sean Manuel was very knowledgable and friendly. He quickly cleared out the clog and replaced the flush handle. He also gave us some advice on clearing a slow running drain. The next time we need a plumber I will ask for Sean Manuel. My air condition was not working Oliver came to the house and was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Oliver informed me about every step of his trouble shooting which was extensive. As it turned out the unit had frozen up and had heavy ice which caused the unit not to work. Oliver thawed out the ice and installed coolant. Oliver went above and beyond by fixing things that were not correct the first time and I will tell my friends that if they every need a company for A/C ARS would be my choice. Working with a gentleman of 16 years experience that provides practical and real life conversation about HVAC issues was refreshing. Though he was scheduled to perform maintenance and screening for a fee, he recognized the apparently issues and rather got me the support I needed instead of wasting my time. ARS of Orlando's technician, Taylor, is the most polite, punctual, and fast and efficient tech. that we ever met! He has helped us upgrade our A/C System with the REME

Taylor has helped us upgrade our A/C system so that the air we breathe is cleaner than in a hospital! He installed all the UV lamps and the REME OXIDATION SYSTEM and ever since, both my wife and I do not sneeze when in the house and we don't suffer with colds because they only last 2-3 days at the most. Taylor is the most polite technician we've ever met! He has made adjustments that have allowed more air to flow into rooms that were barely getting any air at all. Our house smells GREAT and the amount of dust has been reduced to barely any at all, and it's all due to Taylor's professional acumen and obvious experience. He's always punctual for his appointments and calls before getting to the house. ARS of Orlando IS the Best A/C - Heating Company here and Taylor has a lot to do with that! Thank you Taylor and

Parrick Andrews is the technician who came to my home to give me an estimate on having some work done. He was on time and very professional. He explained things well, and was couteous and thorough in answering my questions. All his answers seemed logical and he really seemed knowledgeable about the situation at hand. Jason & Brad from ARS Air Conditioning replaced an aging 24 year old, 4 Ton residential AC System on 12-12-13. The complete system was changed out in one day as promised. Everything was cleaned up at their departure, such that you could not even tell anyone had been here. They provided the highest level of professional service imaginable. Service was prompt and good. However I later found out that the prices were outrageous. Pole connector $208, on-line delivered for $27. EVAP Cleaning fluid $280, on-line delivered for $30. Unfortunately I opted for one of these services. I will not use this service again. Mohamed K. 11/08/13 |

Kudos to Mohamed as he is professional, knowledgeable and very polite. Mohamed explains what he is doing and why it needs to be done and always answers any questions my husband or I might have. I was especially impressed when Mohamed called to let me know he was stuck in traffic on I-4, and was very apologetic that he was running a bit behind.
