Braulio and Dominich installed our Carrier A/C on 1/10/18. They did a great job and were efficient, polite and knowledgeable. ARS installed my air/heat unit the day after I purchased it, and after another company's technician broke it while servicing it! Steve & Jose were early and fast, efficiently installing my system. Steve took the time to explain how the system works and walked me through the new digital thermostat until I was comfortable operating it. The guys did a great job. Both Steve and Jose were friendly and pleasant to talk to. Whenever I asked a question, Steve was right there to answer my questions. When Steve entered my house to install my thermostat, he put on his yellow covering on his shoes, which I appreciate. I love my new a/c unit. It's extremely quit and for me that's awesome because the unit is right under my bedroom window. I also like that I can regulate the thermostat when I'm away from home. That's a big plus for me. The technican that put up the system was excellent. Home Depot did the contract with ARS the two gentlemen name Chris and Ralphael were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend Home Depot and ARS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

After determining that a Reme Halo air purifier had been installed in the wrong place, Mr. Tom S*** had Denise the service dispatcher confirm an appointment with Jose G****, one of his top technicians, to come first thing this morning. Jose arrived at our home at 9:30am with his yellow shoe covers on and tools and ladder in hand, and by 11:30am he had the unit in the right place with all the connections secured and up-and-running! He was friendly and polite, had the invoice ready for signing in 5 minutes or less, and was then on his way to another service location. I HIGHLY recommend ARS Rescue Rooter, not because I know anything about the company, indeed, I hadn't heard of them before Home Depot offered an AC service for a very reasonable price. I recommend them because of the technician who serviced the AC unit. I HIGHLY recommend Jose Medina. He was communicative prior to the appointment — he called 25 minutes out and said when he'd be there, and he came on time so I wasn't waiting around within a long window of time; he was very knowledgable about my particular unit, was considerate in answering my questions, didn't waste time getting the job done (a routine service), and extremely polite. And if all of the ARS's techs are as well-trained, thorough, knowledgeable, polite and pay as much attention to detail as Jose, well, ARS is doing something right in their customer service training. Emmanuel replaced another service tech that was scheduled to come out and give my wife and I a quote on a new heat and pump system. Emmanuel was professional, polite, and we enjoyed conversing with him. He explained everything in detail and worked out all options so that we could basically stay within our budget. I would consider him a great asset to the company. Right now we have other bids going.

Jose was , above all, professional. Another technician had come out and misdiagnosed the proble. Jose went over the system and found the real problem, ordered the parts, and promptly installed them. He did so quickly and efficiently. He made sure all was correct and then saw and fixed another potential problem. After testing all, he stated he will return in a few days and recheck his work. ARS/RESCUE ROOTER has the quietest air conditioner. It's like the cooling gel that covers you. My husband got up one night to see if it was working,it was. It was so quiet

It was a Rocky start with trying to get someone out to look at my brand new AC unit but Jose Gomez came out and was very professional we discussed the mistakes made by the first installers and made a few phone calls to get permission to make the needed adjustment. He spent most of his day going over and testing and installed a new air return and filter to get the proper negative pressure so the unit would run correctly. He was patient and thorough in his work and fixed the mistakes from the previous person. I'm very impressed by his knowledge and eagerness to make things right. Michael H came in response to a leak we spotted on our living room ceiling. We spotted it in the morning thinking it was a rain leak from the roof, but as the day was clear and the spot began to spread we went up into our attic and noticed that a PVC pipe that was obviously detached from another piece was dripping. In the late afternoon Michael came from Rescue Rooter and inspected the situation. He ascertained that the pipe had never been joined/glued and water pressure must have caused the two pipes to separate. He fixed that and then drained the pipeline. He was courteous and patient with our questions. At our suggestion he took pictures of the attic pipe situation, as well as the large dark stain the dripping made on our living room ceiling. Michael was polite and considerate about covering his shoes with protectors while inside. ONE thing I would suggest is a name in the from field, so the recipient knows who they're commenting on ... you know for a more personal reference.
But everyone I dealt with at ARS Orlando was top-notch. Seriously. From the salesman to the receptionist to installers, it was a great experience. The only way it could have been better would have been if you guys had given me a puppy on your way out. LOL!

Jaime M******* of ARS/ Rescue Rooter Orlando was professional, prompt and polite. It was quite apparent he was well trained and knowledgeable about the product and the installation. We were quite impressed with the level of service he provided representing ARS, during the recent delivery and installation of our central air conditioner. Recently we had a central air conditioner replaced in our home. We were fortunate to have Matt H****** as one of the technicians / installers. He was hard working, diligent and professional. Had a new AC unit installed by them about a year and a half ago and everything went smoothly. They were very courteous and professional. Like other homeowners that have left comments here before, I also got a 10 year warranty with them, but you must have them come to your home to service the unit twice a year with a tune up. I work at the Home Depot and they almost always run a special on the tune up for about $38.00 instead of the regular price of $80.00 with ARS. This past September they came and gave my unit a tune up and the technician named Deo did a wonderful job. He was very professional and friendly. He even gave some tips on maintaining my unit in tip top shape. So far I haven't had any problems with ARS and their technicians and I do recommend them for your regular AC unit tune up.
