Review for ARS/Rescue Rooter Orlando
Technicians Steve and Alex were on time as scheduled and phoned before they arrived. They answered questions that we had in a Professional manner. The installation of the a/c system went smoothly and was complete within the expected time frame. Afterwards, they cleaned up thoroughly. Steve gave us additional information on maintenance of the system and gave us a contact number for any follow up questions. Great job! I must say the salesperson Mr. Lester S. was very professional and knowledgeable about my problem and concern. He was very helpful in understanding my situation with my old air conditioner. He demonstrated to me and my wife his knowledge about the advantages of a new air conditioner and what type of air conditioner I need. (need to replace mine asap). I suggest if anyone is looking for an air conditioner make a appt with Mr. Lester S. My air condiitioner was replaced the next day. What a difference it made. My new system is a carrier. The technicians who installed the system were also very knowledgeable and experience and very polite. They did a fantastic job setting it up. Absolutely a horrible company. I paid good money for a new AC. It was installed incorrectly and the drain line ended up leaking the first month damaging my wood floors. They came in and tore up my house and its still that way today. No calls and no help with repairs. Andres G. 11/14/18 |

I gave this company a zero, this company is the worst they tell lies after lies, they don't care about the customer we pay faithfully but when you have a disrespectful worker and a company that always gave you excuses after excuses , this company is the worst, still waiting on a repair man since yesterday no one showed up yet, this is why they deal with home Depot so when something goes wrong with the unit they have to come, people if you do deal with this company make sure that they don't send carter to you house, this man is rude and disrespectful Abnel R. 08/18/18 |

Pierre was very thorough, he was clean always wore shoe covers while in my house. He explained that the prior service was not done properly and caused multiple issues for the a/c system. There was no way to clean the coils they were completely decayed and if anyone touched them they would have just disintegrated in their hands meaning the mold/bacteria would have gone everywhere which could mean even more health issues. Requested for A/C tune up from Home Depot and they sent ARS, my A/C was in perfect condition after they tried to something one my units stopped working as temperature in the house is at 78 when outside temp is 85. I am pretty sure it iss working as I was at home since noon and this happened around 3p.m. Tech also saw the thermostat and did something went upstairs and opened the unit. After 10mins or so he came in and said your thermostat is not working, what....The tech who came in does not have any knowledge on A/C except he can clean the vents :(. Not sure why he was trying to open everything when he does not know what is going on.
Called Home Depot, they talked to ARC, they are sending a senior technician. I am not sure if I can trust the technician now they are sending to look at my unit:(. I would never call Home Depot or ARC. CHRIS H. 05/04/18 |

Steve / Jose R, installed our new carrier HVAC system on a Saturday 3/30/18, they had everything they need to get the install done and get our HVAC up and running. They worked very hard and efficiently. Steve was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. We felt very comfortable with the professional install team ARS sent to us and will be sure to recommend ARS to our friends and neighbors.
Amy Bauder did a professional job, recommending and proposing the new Carrier System. We felt very confident in hiring ARS after her presentation and would recommend anyone looking to replace their unit to call Amy. We want to thank her for coming out a second time late on a Friday afternoon to execute a contract. We are very pleased with Amy and ARS Orlando.

When I met Braulio, he was already hard at work installing my family new AC unit. From the jump he was very friendly, and I felt instantly comfortable leaving him alone in my house. When I made a comment about the complexity of his work, he looked at me, smiled, and said not at all. Then, he proceeded talk to me a bit about the installation process, and show me a few things concerning the AC uint he was installing.They also cleaned up after they were done. This is a great company. Jason came to our home to discuss and explain our replacement Carrier unit. Braulio. Andrea, and Ruben were the installation team, and Heidi followed up on the phone. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. Time commitments were made ahead of schedule. The installation crew had the old unit removed, and the new unit completely installed, checked, and runnng beautufully, in under 3 hours. The site was left clean and neet.
