we had a great sales guy matt petrunck and angel and his worker adnel work real hard they work about 12 hr and got it done very personal and made it sound easy i know it was a very hard job my house is old and lots of hands in it the house is from 1962 and the a c was done wrong the last time 3 ton outside 5 tons on the inside air handlor from sales to install was great the price was a little more them i was going to spend hopefuly you guys stand behind my unit 4 ton rheem with 10 years parts 10 years labor but all in all it was a great steart thank you very munch

Angel and Abnel were fast, pleasant and professional, they installed my new AC system in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Excellent experience. Very nice but more importantly very knowledgeable. I was told to plan on a 4-5 hour installation and th were down in under 4 with everything working perfectly. Had no idea it would be such a messy job but Rob and Brualo cleaned everything up after they were done. I would highly recommend ARS and in particular Rob and Btualo

I had a very positive experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter of Orlando, which has a nationwide installation contract with **********. After working with Alex, my AC service tech, I learned I needed a new electric AC unit, which was a shared system with my gas furnace. I received a no-pressure, thorough overview and recommendation for a replacement system from Kevin with **********. He provided an excellent price and arranged for both units to be installed the same day by Andres and Jaime, who were efficient and professional. I was impressed with the care they took to remove existing units, inspect duct work, insulate pipes, and leave the work areas very clean. At the end, they confirmed system performance, walked me through how each worked, and provided warranty documents for my records, along with rebate information. I was able to observe the entire process and ask questions. It was a "no stress" process that left me with peace of mind. My home now features energy-efficient, state-of-the-art components..I definitely recommend **********/ARS Orlando.

From Sales to Installation this project was seamless. The massive undertaking for the removal of a 20 yr. AC system to include the main unit and air handler was without fail. The team of Rick (Sales) and installation team of Andres and Jaime were the most professional I have seen. The installation of the new Rheem Split HVAC system included the reconditioning of the air box including all electrical and ductwork. This high end unit has a very technical control system that was installed perfectly. I highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter Orlando to all who are looking to upgrade their system.

Just AWFUL! I have been dealing with them for six weeks for what started as a simple furnace repair. The first technician wasn't able to fix the heat and in turn caused the air conditioning to stop working. The next day, a different technician got the air conditioning working with a new thermostat (not convinced that was even needed, but $200+) but couldn't fix heat. Third service call was a "supervisor" who got the system up and running. Fast forward one month and the heating system doesn't work again and is having the same issue as when we first called. I made an appointment with a "supervisor" for 1/14 for 8-12 am. ARS called at 10am to say that the supervisor doesn't work on Saturdays but could have someone else out between 12-4. After my tenant waited ALL day, someone finally showed up at 4:30 - they had to send them away due to previous plans. ARS told my tenant they would be calling me to discuss the issues and reschedule. I have yet to hear from them and have tried to call and speak with someone in management - no return phone call yet even though Tyler told me I would be contacted in 15 minutes. That was 24 hours ago. I tried to call again today and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. DO NOT USE!!

Rant ARS (American Residential Service / Rescue Rooter) I sign an agreement over a year ago and watch them conduct their horrible tune up service twice in that year. I waited till they complete their tune up services and ask them what is wrong if any. They told me both times nothing but I took it apart the day before and looked at everything know what issues I have. So I tell them and they agree and must have missed it and write it on my paper service. What is worse is they come in a 4 hour window however both times in that year. They came come over 10 hours later. So 8am to 12pm turns into ( 6pm or later) Wish I could say that's not true but it's on the paperwork. This is what upset me the most. I call ARS after my contract expired and asked them if they could complete a service to replace the blower wheel and I will give them the model info and they can have that item on the truck or let me know they have to order it. They call me the following day at 12pm (appt at 8-12) telling me they are going to be late. I been already waiting 4 hours so I ask how late and they tell me late afternoon. So another 10 hours I assumed. I then asked about the part if they had it in stock and they told me they don't do that. I said I called yesterday and they told me you do. The guy told me they have to charge me a service to look at it, see if they have it, order it if not, charge me again for another service call and install it. I told him to cancel it because I already had the A/C pulled apart and just need the wheel so I'll do it myself. He wanted to charge me over $700 in total. I concern calling another company but realized I have seen this multiple times from different A/C companies and for now on just do it myself. My technician Stephen was the most pleasant and well-informed young man that I have done business with in quite some time. He was professional and courteous. He performed the task at hand, then afforded me as much time as needed to explain what was done. Stephen also advised me on products to improve and/or sustain the life of my equipment without being pushy. He provided written recommendations for future reference. I was very impressed with this service and technician.

I happened to stop at Home Depot at the right time! I was in desperate need of AC maintenance but due to a past experience with a contracted company, I was hesitant. The discounted offer appeared too good to be true and I was afraid that I would have to sign a contract to take advantage of it. Not at all, I received excellent service within a week on New Years Eve. I was not pressured into purchasing any additional services or contract. The technician was very polite, mannerable and explained all thoroughly. He advised verbally and provided a written recommendation of options to improve and/or sustain the life of my equipment. I will definitely use this service again!!!!

The sales man was Kevin and he explains what was going to happen and the cost. It was agree and this was a few days before Christmas. We were having people in from out of state. ARS could not install the unit before Christmas since the install could not be done timely as the tech did not come out until early evening. Since the weather was good the unit was not needed, so I was OK with us not having it before Christmas. Wilfredo and Angel came the week after Christmas and review the options as to where to put the unit and we decided that the unit that was ordered could not do the job and needed to reorder a unit that would work for the room. They came back the next day with the unit and installed it and it works great. Wilfredo and Angel were professional and installed the unit and check for leaks and for me gave me the comfort feeling that the job and install was done right the first time. You have a good team of people that does the install. The only disappointment was customer service did not communicate to us the time table for people coming for the install and keeping us informed. Sorry to say but their has been a lot of lies written in the invoice I do not agree in this kind of behavior. You never did any diagnosis on my system to find the problem I still have the problem without any results. It looks like to me this company like to rip off people issuing invoice without doing nothing and then they want people to agree in paying something that has not been done. Your grading for the service is F++++++++++

Our hot water heater, 13 months old, was "sweating" , thus causing a leak on the garage floor. Sean M. was at our home within two hours of our call to ARS, that alone was impressive. Sean troubleshot the issue, and explained to us what was causing the "sweating." Humidity was a factor. What I appreciated most about Sean M was his patience, willingness to listen and answer all my questions, and giving me helpful and meaningful information about our hot water heater.

Travis P******* is an awesome ac technician. He took time to take photos of our system and then explained in detail the issues we had. He then gave us several options that would take care of not only our ac system, but that would be helpful to my husband and myself. We have had many ac people come into our home in the past. None as polite, friendly, and informative as Travis. Because of his information we will be looking into a new unit from ARS. The business community needs more people like Travis.
