I am very happy about choosing ARS Rescue Rooter to install a new unit. Since the day of installment, ARS Rescue Rooter has lived up to its name: "Rescue Rooter", as well as, its promises.
ARS Rescue Rooter quick response to my telephone calls really impresses me. An efficient and caring technician is always sent to handle my request. I am very satisfied with the services rendered. In addition, I trust if I need them in the future, they will always come to my rescue.

These guys are awesome, they did a great job, the exceeding my expectations. I thought they will do the job in one hour and leave, like most of the other people does, but these guys stayed for around 6 or more hours doing the job they way it should be, great. I scheduled an AC replacement through Home Depot Sunday and and they were out to my house Wednesday by 10 a.m. replacing the full unit. My installers Braulio and Tyler we're professional when coming to my home they answered all my questions and even setup our new AC thermostat explain how to properly use it. By the end of the day I had a brand-new working AC and the old unit was completely removed with no debris left behind. I was shopping in Home Depot over the weekend and spoke to a representation who explained they were having a Black Friday special on air conditioning tune-ups. We have several rental homes and decided it would be a good ides to have them checked. Today Donald came and did several homes and gave several options that could benefit us with regard to the A/C units. We were very glad that we decided to take advantage of the special promotion. I had ARS install our new a/c unit. Braulio and Alexis were the installers. I was impressed with Braulio's professionalism and honesty. He explained what he was going to do from the beginning and finished 8 hours later making sure the unit was working properly and made sure that my wife and I were satisfied before they left. Alexis, his assistant, was also helpful making sure that items were cleaned before they left. It looked like they were working together as a team and both completed the installation as we expected. We were contacted by ARS/Rescue Rooter of Orlando thru our Home Depot Store in Ocala. The sales consultant Kevin from ARS contacted us the same day and came by to give an estimate. We only needed a new air handler but after discussing all aspects and pricing it was decided that a complete unit was the best economical way to go. Kevin advised they had some new scratch and dent units in the warehouse that could be obtained and I agreed.
We did not learn however until the install team arrived that the new warehouse unit delivered was manufactured in 2013. This was not disclosed by the sales consultant.
That same afternoon the ARS installation team, Braulio and Alexis arrived. After introductions the team set out to remove the old unit and install the new. (Of course I was there for moral support.)
All in all, high praises to the install team. They insulated the air handler which is in our laundry room. (This had not been done by previous companies who installed our A/C units.) They worked diligently into the evening. Cleaned up their work area, checked and rechecked to make sure everything was in proper working condition and done to my satisfaction. They also provided us with additional customer service information, i.e.; phone numbers and e-mail addresses to ARS.
This was our second experience using Home Depot contract companies and we will us them again should the need present itself.

This team should not be disbanded as they work extremely well with each other and want to do the task at hand properly the first time.
