JAIME and MATT, both well qualified for the job. They did what I expected from them, however they exceeded my expectations. They provided the installation in time and manner. Very few times in my life I felt so confident and they accomplished their task graciously. A clean end result replacing the Air conditioning.

I recently two years ago purchased a new Rheem unit for my home in Ocala from ARS. During this two year period I have had several problems with the service department and the level of customer service .They give you a window of time but good luck it is always several hour more . But on Wednesday 9/27/17 A tech named Jose G. a senior tech with the company came out for a service follow up, he called to let me know he was on his way. From the minute he arrived he was very professional and started right in on his follow up testing. He had a level of knowledge and know how that was very impressive .This is the type of person the company should be using to teach fellow employees what customer service is all about he not only represented himself at a very professional level he also represented ARS. After our old central a/c unit of 25 years died, we were in need of a new one. I chose H********* and ARS services. Lester from ARS was able to come by the next day and inspect our house from top to bottom, and determine the specific size our home would need. He was very thorough in his details, estimates, and specs of what we could choose. He was very professional and didn't try to pressure us to buy something we didn't want. After a stressful couple of weeks with Hurricane Irma and no power or a/c only to have ours die days later, Lester actually made me feel good about the process of getting a new one and had us scheduled to install one the very next day! Our 25 year old central a/c had died right after hurricane Irma, so arranged for an estimate through Home Depot for ARS. After choosing our new unit, they were scheduled to come out the very next day at 10:30 am, and they arrived right on time. They had to rebuild the indoor air handler closet and Braulio and Dominick did an awesome job! It was quite extensive but they never rushed and did things right. We needed a up-dated Air Conditioner... we have had a service agreement with ARS for years..... called to have someone come out to talk to us about replacing our unit. ARS sent Joshua V as the service rep. He was polite and so knowledgeable . He explained the products and helped us so much in our decision. We felt so well informed after talking with Joshua that we signed a contract to replace our old unit! Guess what - ARS is coming tomorrow to install our new Air Condition Unit! What service! failed 2 inspections so far, office staff dont callback as promised.
I have made 2 visits to Home Depot to complain to no avail.

Mindy, Braulio & Jamie were great to work with. Mindy was able to answer ALL of our questions and concerns about getting a new AC unit. Braulio & Jamie were punctual and polite while being in our house. They gave us information and tech feed back on our new machines and made sure we had everything we needed prior to leaving. Delivered what they promised! We had an older HVAC unit on the fritz and it was time to replace. The budget was limited but by working with Rick, their knowledgeable comfort adviser and salesman, he was able to meet me where we needed. After reviewing the house sq footage and other factors, we selected a 2 1/2 ton Rheem split system. Andres and Rubin showed up the next day and worked on the install from about 10 am - 6pm. They were courteous, respectful, and answered any questions I had about the install and new system. They completed all of the items on the invoice (besides the install, we had to have new wire, some copper, check the lines, new deck). It all went exactly how a good install should and the system is working here, helping to keep our tiny abode cool for the summer. This is a big relief because this new AC is a fairly costly item but my concern was about the well being of my family. I will refer this team to anyone who may need new HVAC, especially at a fair price with good service team. Andres G. 05/11/17 |

In May we upgraded our old (15 years) single stage, single speed Rheem air conditioner with a new multiple stage, multi speed Rheem air conditioning/heat pump. Our installers were Rick N and his helper George. They arrived on time and were quick to introduce themselves. Neat in appearance and eager to get to work. They were very efficient, moving along and quickly overcoming minor issues along the way. They were courteous of a few interruptions on my part, and answered my questions and concerns readily. I was very pleased with their professionalism, and would recommend them to anyone needing a new install. Now if my unit performs as well as Rick and George, I will be totally satisfied. John S. In March (2017) we had ARS come to see about our air conditioner, and were extremely pleased with the technician who came to review our situation, Sammy B. He gave a truly honest assessment, and after discussing options we were convinced that we needed our unit replaced. He stayed (over an hour) until someone came to further assist us in that aspect of the visit. Our five-star review for ASRS is largely in part to Sammy's patient interaction with us, and follow-up call to see if everything after he left was satisfactory, which it was. Sammy B. 04/11/17 |

Angel was polite and installed my new air conditioner in about 3 hours. He left no mess for me to have to clean up. He seemed to know his job very well. I gave Angel the five stars but would not be able to give ARS / Rescue Rooter of Orlando the five stars because of a problem with the stock on hand for the air conditioner I bought. Don't know exactly who lacked the correct information about warehouse stock, but the lack of needed supplies set my install date to one day later. And, no one called me to let me know this info, I had to call office myself after waiting all day for it to be installed. Both, supervisor of installation and customer service rep who wrote up the install order, promised me some kind of retribution for the wait on installation I have yet to hear back from either one. The guys called prior to arrival as we were told they would. They arrived on time, and performed the install of our new AC unit in timely fashion.
