Travis P. performed a routine maintenance on my air conditioning unit today. There were two parts needing replacing that were under warranty and Travis did the replacement. He answered any questions I had so that I could understand. He is a very polite, courteous young man and represents ARS very well.

Travis P was friendly, courteous, respectful and funny! He didn't mind me watching him work at all and enjoyed the company! He was informative and I always learn a thing or two from the service done on our AC unit. The appointment was towards the end of the 4 hour time frame, so I had to wait. I only wish the time was a little more precise as it's usually done on my day off and I utilize my time the best I can.

I bought a new heat pump from ARS. The two men who installed the new unit were Braulio and Alexis. Brauilo did the inside work and Alexis did the outside work. They bought did an outstanding job. They cleaned up the areas inside and outside and Braulio explained how the new unit worked. He also gave me all the paperwork that came with the unit. This new unit works great, and my wife and I are very pleased with the unit and that we had ARS install it. I should also say that the Comfort Advisor ( Rick S***** ) that came to our house and helped us pick out the right unit, and explained how everything would be completed did an outstanding job.

I'd like to say that the HAVC tech provided a very professional service and was very handy educating me about the tune-up process and other services available at ARS. The service was completed within the plan time. David was very pleasant and helpful answering my questions an concerns. Am very please with his input/recommendations. I will highly recommend David.

My great-aunt's natural gas hot water heater pilot light went out and we called the gas company. Upon inspection there was also a natural gas leak. I googled local plumbers and ARS/Rescue Rooter popped up. First, I'd like to say that when Sean M. came out to provide an estimate for services needed he was very pleasant and helpful. He definitely was empathetic to our situation and promised to return the following day to make the needed repairs. He came out and worked from 4:30 PM to almost 8:00 PM the next day to get the job done and make sure that we had hot water and a working stove before he left. I was disappointed that I had to wait an extra day for a tech to come out because I chose to have a live chat with someone online. The gentleman on the chat line took my phone number and connected me to the local business. An appointment was set up for the next day between 12-3. After 3, I called the number I was given because no one had called or showed up by that time. I was told that the phone number in their system was not valid therefore the tech could not contact me. The "exchange" number showed up on caller ID instead of mine. I provided my cell phone to the person when I set the appointment. Apparently that did not get shared so I did have to wait an extra day just to have someone come out to provide the estimate. Ensure that all information is clearly shared.

We have been getting our service with ARS for the past 10yrs. We had an service technician name Travis come out to do our yearly maintenance. He did a throughly job and was very good at explaining things on how they function. Thanks ARS keep up the good work!

He explained in detail what he was going to be doing and gave me valuable preventive maintenance suggestions for my equipment to function at maximum efficiency. He not only told me thing that needed attention but showed me the physical evidence. I would recommend him as a serviceman. He represented his company well.

David V. (the tech) was very courteous and patient with my questions. He quickly figured out the problems (low coolant, clogged internal radiator, clogged condensation run-off line) and fixed them. He then showed me the parts on my external compressor that were worn and recommended which ones would need replacing soon. He also advised me on the type of filters to buy to avoid my internal radiator clogging up so badly again. My one and only gripe is that when I originally went to ReviewBuzz to write my review, David's name wasn't on your list of techs. I reported this to you, but it took about six weeks before his name appeared. Hopefully he didn't lose too many good reviews because of this. I will need further work at my house soon and I will be happy to hire you again.

With my original maintenance agreement on my A/C system expired and my system just about out of coolant, I needed a new contractor to service my system. Home Depot recommended ARS / Rescue Rooter Orlando to me. I called them up and made an appointment. The tech (David) showed up less than 30 minutes after the dispatcher from ARS called to remind me of the appointment. He was polite, had his I.D. ready (although the well maintained truck painted with the company logo was pretty much all the confirmation I needed) and got quickly to work after I showed him the internal and external unit. He quickly confirmed that my system was low on Freon and, after checking for major leaks, filled the system back up. He also cleaned out my internal radiator (no small chore as it was choked with dust and shed fur from my pet rabbit) and also managed to clean out the condensation exhaust pipe leading to the back with compressed air. David then advised me on types of filters to use to avoid future clogging of my radiator and advised me of components on my external unit that were showing excessive wear and would most likely be needing replacement soon. What impressed me most was that he did NOT try to pressure me into immediately buying replacement parts. He merely warned me of the likely hood of which parts would fail. At no point did I feel like I was being misled (he physically pointed out the parts and showed me the signs of wear) or railroaded in any way. THAT was very welcome in a world where all too many service contractors are ready to take their customers for any money they can squeeze out of them. Since ARS apparently handles a variety of water and electrical systems, I will be calling them for future work as long as they continue to train their techs to David's standard.

Travis P, the technician that came to my house to do a tune up for the air conditioning, was very professional, explained everything in great detail, verified that we understood all the options we had. I would recommend him for any work but the company that is another story. After being provided the list of items that they said needed repair they provided us pricing which is almost the cost of a new air conditioning unit. As and example, we asked about replacing the thermostat that wasn't functioning properly and was quoted $295.00 to put the one that they had in the vehicle. It was a standard thermostat. When received a follow-up phone call to find out about the experience, I told the person that called the same thing about their high prices and their answer was: "We stand behind our work". At this time we are shopping around for another company to make sure is true what they said that is wrong with the air conditioning.

Sean M. came to our house for a major plumbing issue. His work was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and stayed on the job until the issues were resolved. I couldn't say enough at the time about him and gave him a $50.00 tip for going above and beyond for us. Then he ruined every bit of our feelings about him when we were asked to contact him by the insurance company for a breakdown of the work performed. We contacted him and he assured us that he would call the insurance adjuster that day. A few days afterward, the insurance adjuster called and wanted to know if we had contacted our plumber for the information needed. Again we contacted Sean, and he was extremely rude on the phone. Said he was on a job and "what did we want him to do, drop everything and take care of us"? It was like dealing with DR. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde. We finally had to go to the main office and get what we needed from manager Tom Seal. Tom treated us professionally and was able to give the information we needed. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL WE WANTED FROM BEGINNING TO END> SEAN FAILED US!

Our AC broke down so we called ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando. Within the quoted time Stephen Chaplin came to our residence, he checked out our AC unit and confirmed that our system was shut and that repairs could be not worth it due to cost and life span of our unit. We decided to replace with a brand new system. Stephen was great going over our options and working within our budget. Soon after our agreement Willy and Calvin showed up at the house to instal the system. They both worked clean, efficient and made it a good instal. Before Willy left I asked him or I needed to go online and register on the manufacturer website for the manufacturers warranties and Willy said that there was no need to because ARS was taking care of this and this saved me a lot of hassle. Overall I had a good experience with ARS and would recommend them to anyone for any repair or replacement. The only missed changes where that the next day after the instal there was no "courtesy call" checking on the satisfactory of the system and/or experience. The new system did not come with a wifi thermostat? ARS could have made a difference and "upgrade" the thermostat "As a toke of appreciation for choosing ARS" (I can't imagine that they cost that much more when you buy them whole sale) and these are the reasons why I had a good experience and not excellent.

Travis Passmore came to do maintenance on our AC unit. He worked quickly but took the time to explain things to us. When discovered a problem he was able to take care of it right away. He had Elijah Williams with him who is just joining the company. The two men did an excellent job, and I recommend them, and ARS to anyone who needs AC work done.

Essix and the service team responded to my call for assistance same day! Essix was able to assess the issue and provide a very simple solution to what I assumed was going to be a very costly problem. Afterwards he walked me through some basics of my system and how to troubleshoot going forward. Very positive experience!

Mr. Jasper was the fourth tech to come to my home to fix my air conditioner drainage problem. He did not waste time! He went straight to the ac unit and found the problem immediately. The other techs could not figure it out. He told me don't worry I will fix the problem and he did. He explained everything thoroughly and he replaced the drainage line. No guessing games on how to do it, he accomplished the task! He also advised me on how to maintain the drainage line so that I won't have problems with it in the future. BRAVO!
