Sean did an OUTSTANDING job installing our garbage disposal, fixing the plumbing under our sink, which was a huge mess. He was VERY professional, nice and explained everything he needed to do before completing the job. He also installed necessary equipment on our hot water heater to make our home safe. Jose came to our home in Ormond Beach FL to diagnose the compressor failure on out 6 year old unit. He was very patient to explain his findings and our options in repair or replacement of the unit. Jay came to inspect my AC units and unfortunately the news was not what I wanted to hear. My youngest daughter has breathing issues and based off what he found in both units it is mandatory that the repairs are completed ASAP. Although it was tough to hear that I need costly repairs Jay presented me with options that afford and would meet my needs until I could get new units. It was obvious that he was concerned about my childs health and knowledgeable he was also extremely friendly and respectful. I am sure that there are other great people at ARS but Jay is the person I choose to work with.

Ervin,Karl and Victor installed a new system within 5 hours of notification. Our 16 yr old unit went bye bye and Stephon cane to the rescue, negotiated a very fair deal and had a top shelf team install. Tyler came today to finish some duct work that was necessary due to a new A/C and heating unit being installed last week and we were beyond pleased with his work. He was very professional and took his time to do the job right. As we thanked him for doing such a great job he informed us that he would have stayed here until 11:00 PM tonight if we were not happy. (" He finished around 5 PM)". He worked out of our bedroom closet so there was a lot of insulation pieces on the floor and I offered to grab a vacuum and take care of it but he told me that was his job and proceeded to vacuum the entire closet, bedroom and even cleaned off the furniture where an lot of stuff blew out after he unclogged the vents. .If we need any of Home Depot's work done in the future we would definitely ask for ARS and request Tyler Bryant .Also, before I go I would love to say that the original installers last week were Dwayne and Willie and they worked equally as well. My experience with ARS can be very frustrated without a technician like Oliver P. After 3 days without A C I was very frustrated but when Oliver walk in to the house and see the situation he did everything possible as a professional to make my family and I happy. He was very patient to make sure he find the source of the problem and resolve it. I will never forget how hot it was for Mr. Oliver to go to that attic and make sure we have cool air in the house . I will buy A C or recommend people to any company that Mr. Oliver work for. Mr. Oliver cares about his customers and have respect for the people he works with I hope ARS recognize an employee of this performance and bring more Oliver to this company. Our business with ARS has always been very good from installation to maintenance. I missed the call for the tech to come out. when I did call because I hadn't heard from anyone yet, (not their fault), the scheduler did what she could to get the gentleman out yet that day. It wasn't the same tech, but the work got done. I appreciate the kindness and understanding! Jay was excellent, kind, respectful, clean. In the past we had not been happy with ARS service but today we are happy to give Jose M, and Dan their manager an excellent rating for ARS. Jose M was professional in everyway, knowledge, communication and paperwork. It is OK not to know something but please communicate a plan on how it will be resolved and we had not had that with ARS until Jose and their manager Dan sent him....thank you. We also thank Travis Passmore for all his hard work and expertise....we found a little up-selling turns us off but that is us and we can say no to it. My goodness what an experience my wife an I have had with ARS, we signed up for a pm program at HD for our AC system, first came Travis and he did a very throulgh inspection and a professional analysis of what was needed for continued life on our already older unit.
Lo and behold, two hours after his inspection our unit completely shut down, non the fault of Travis were sure, we phoned ARS and at this time it was close to 10.00 pm, they did not hesitate to send another technician, Victor, who arrived at 11:30 pm, also a very professional tech, and with a helpful attitude. However for whatever reason our unit turned back on when he arrived,(scared of the well equipped ARS van ), so Victor left. During the later evening again it shut down, another call to ARS, with immediate response, And here comes Jose M. Saying I will do whatever it takes for your family, More than professional, more than going above and beyond, Jose, if I had a business you would be the kind of person I would like for to represent us. A gentleman and a "I will take care of it, relax type of technician.

I bought this unit at Home Depot and ARS was contracted to install it. My AC was installed just over a year ago and this is the 2nd time I have had them out for the same thing. Jasper was very professional and efficient. My appointment time was for between 10 and 2pm. They arrived at 2:20pm. They did keep in contact to let me know what was going on. The vent door for the intact wouldn't close properly. He is the first one to figure out what the problem was. Hopefully this is the last visit on a NEW unit. :) Essix J. 05/07/16 |

Travis did a maintenance on our AC unit yesterday and he was very thorough. He found two parts that were on their way out (luckily they were under warranty), which he replaced. He also found some evidence of mold inside our unit and recommended installing a UV light (which we went ahead with - didn't want to mess with mold LOL). Throughout the whole maintenance he educated us on each issue and on our unit as a whole. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Our unit is now raring to go for this Central Florida summer! This was completely unlike the other two companies that came out. They were too fast, one tried to sell me a discontinued unit at a high price, and the other was condescnding. Been having inspections done to my home for insurance reasons. Had to change out some piping, as per the inspector that I hired. The work was done a year ago, but wasn't up to code. If I could give more stars I would, this team really took care of things from beginning to end and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Jay was on the scene first and worked with me to make sure my system was up and running as well as it could be. Matt came by to show me my options on the possibility of a new system and he really made sure he provided the best options for me to choose from and made everything very easy to understand. Rob and Dwayne showed up the SAME DAY to install the system, now that's service! They were both very professional and mindful of their environment, laying down floor covers and cleaning up afterwards. They even noticed an issue with the new thermostat and proactively contacted their management to get me a replacement. I could easily go one for another paragraph on the ways they all took care of me.
