Victor Flores and Tyler Bryant came as a team to install our new A/C system. Although it was late in the day (4 PM), they worked diligently through the afternoon thunderstorm and finished that night. ARS came out when called on the same day to fix my a/c. They were swamped but he still made it. Stephen C. is an outstanding, honest man with integrity. He told me how he had an 80 year-old customer to see, and he wanted to make sure to take care of him first. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Travis P. explained everything he was doing as well as how the whole A/C system works. He made a few recommendations (I was surprised after 8 years in Florida that the system tested as well as it did!) but there was no hard sell. The installers names were Angel & Ruben.They were very courteous and went over everything they would be doing including having me select the site for the outside unit. The workmanship was very good.

Waited 4 hours on a Tuesday for service technician to arrive. Called to find out why no one showed up. Dispatcher claimed guys got hung up at earlier jobs that took longer than anticipated. Why did not one call me then? Dispatcher assured me the technician would be at my house between 8-12 on Thursday and that he would call me personally to let me know when he was coming. I called them at 12 noon, as I had not heard from anyone. Cancelled service. Person who answered phone didn't even seem bothered that I had waited 8 hours on two days and still no contact.

What a pleasant and welcome surprise! Today my unit was serviced by a young promising black male. He was well groomed, huge smile, and very professional. He walked me through each area of concern. He explained my options and when asked prioritized my repairs. He showed me pictures of the unit and explained the cause He also explained what was needed to make the corrections. He placed a handle on my name. (very respectful) i.e. Ms. Thompson. I felt comfortable in my home during his visit. He was prompt and cleaned all areas. He is definitely an asset to your company. Travis P******* was excellent at explaining what he was going to do and the usual trouble shooting for any existing or future problems. He, himself, was timely and polite and a pleasure to have in our home. About ARS, itself, though, first they scheduled me weeks in advance for a wrong day, according to when they are in my area, so the day before we had to reschedule. Knocked my own schedule out. Not appreciated. Also, the quote that Travis gave for replacement of a possible future failure of our A/C contactor was $213, but if we went with main.contract $205. I called a local A/C whose done other work in our home and their full cost was $115.00 I feel that ARS is way overpriced and gouging its customers - or prospective customers. Travis P. 06/29/16 |

Stephan was the Sr. Tech that worked on my rental house A/C The old system was in need of replacement. Stephan was very professional and gave me all of my options. Essix Jasper is a very professional and considerate technician that called before showing up, did a complete diagnosis and return prepared to do the work efficiently with the proper equipment and tools. Further analysis revealed a recommendation to improve the performance of our newly installed equipment and we are looking forward to getting better performance, comfort and savings from our new air conditioning system. I cannot say enough about the job ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando has done for me. They installed both of my systems 3 years ago and have done a fantastic job maintaining them ever since.
My current Service technician, Travis Passmore, is without a doubt the absolute best Service Technician I've had the pleasure to work with. To accommodate my work schedule he came out at 7:00pm to perform the semi-annual maintenance on both of my HVAC systems. It was raining for almost the entire 2-3 hours he serviced the machines. He did not finish up until after 9:00pm but took his time, did not rush as he did his job to standard, not to time. He is without a doubt a HUGE asset to ARS and it is knowledgeable, dedicated, and hard working people like Travis that will make a lifelong ARS customer. I cannot express how completely satisfied I am with his knowledge and professionalism. He meticulously went through both systems and anything he felt was not EXACTLY right, he took the time to explain what was happening with it and then recommended what actions needed to be taken, thereby making sure everything was done RIGHT!
I would 100% strongly recommend Travis and ARS to anyone who wants the job done right the first time with the utmost knowledge, dedication, and professionalism to service. Keep Travis as long as you can because he makes your company better! Travis P. 06/15/16 |

Braulio and Ruben did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable and courteous all the time. Detail oriented and very attentive. They explained to me how to operate the new system and check all the vents flow to my liking. They even help me connect the thermostat to the WiFi even though it was late!
