Billy Keithley did an excellent job installing our hot water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of our questions. He is very professional and friendly as well, we enjoyed meeting him. If we ever need a plumber, we will be calling him! Also wanted to acknowledge Brianna who scheduled our service, she was so understanding and scheduled someone as soon as possible. I am so happy we discovered ARS and I highly recommend them. Cooper Stevenson, Josh Gregory and Bobby Parkinson of ARS showed up on time, ready to work, and with all the equipment and supplies they needed to finish the job. They were courteous, friendly, hard-working, and knowledgeable. They kept us posted of the work being done (replacing a HVAC system and replacing some ducting) and finished a little earlier than expected. And they cleaned up after themselves! I was at work on Christmas Eve when I got a call from my daughter at home, telling me the garage floor was covered with water and she heard the sound of water running. Neither she or her brother were able/willing to see where it was coming from, other than the vicinity of the hot water heater. I left work, drove the hour home, and found water gushing out the top of the hot water heater. NOT good. I cut it off, but still noticed water coming at a steady trickle from the bottom...when peering underneath, it looked like small rust holes were seeping water. Time to use our ARS service! I called ARS - they said they would have the on-duty plumber get back to me. I waited. And waited. And called again after an hour and a half. They said they would call him again. I waited another hour and a half. I happened to have Billy's card from where he had done our last ARS service, so I called his cell phone. He wasn't scheduled to work that day - he was going to work Christmas Day instead, but after checking with the on-call plumber who had 9 more people still ahead of me, Billy said he would try to make arrangements for his daughter to be cared for & come on out. He got information from me about the type of hot water heater we wanted (size/gas/etc) and in about an hour he was at my house. WITH his daughter - she didn't want to be away from him, so he brought her too! Bless their hearts! He took care of us - was thankfully not a cold day, or rainy, but a long Christmas Eve afternoon where he had not planned to work, but instead gave his time so my family could have a better Christmas & take hot showers (we had out-of-town guests)! He was amazing. Truly!! Went WAY above & beyond the call of duty, and didn't make us feel like we were burdening him while doing it. He did a great job - we are very happy with our new hot water heater - and cleaned up after the work. I meant to leave this review earlier, but got busy over the holidays, however I wanted to be sure to share what a great experience Billy provided, although one we wish we hadn't had to have on Christmas Eve. I was very Satisfied with AJ! He was personable, knew his products was able to explain and answer ALL my questions. I asked about other services and he had those answers as well! My wife and I talked about our needs and decided that ARS was our best choice, considering that we had our new A/C unit put in by them last year! Our installation team, as well as our technician/sales person, were all really great! They were courteous, and accommodating. They did a super job of protecting our floors and being careful in our home. Our HVAC system is really attractive and they were very neat!! I highly recommend them!! This is the second time we have contracted with ARS through Home Depot. Both times we met exceptional technicians. Dustin Havens installed our undercounter sink and changed a few water lines to PEX in Feb. We haven't had any problems to date. Jeffery Steele and Josh Weaks were the install crew for our new "full cut" HVAC installation. The management team of Caleb and Ben checked to see if Jeffery and Josh needed any help since this was a pretty big job for two people. We appreciate Grady, the sales rep, for suggesting the install in the attic so we wouldn't lose headroom in the basement and so the ceiling vents would not make furniture placement a problem in our very small 810 sq. ft. home. That was a more expensive choice and harder install but one that made sense in the long run. I was impressed by the teamwork showed between the management and install crew. Called before hand to confirm appointment and time. Showed up perfectly on time. Got in, performed the job, and cleaned up after himself. Was really friendly and efficient! The scuttle door inside was so small they went in through an OUT SIDE door to attic and had to work in pouring rain All day.
