We are a film crew from Los Angeles filming a movie locally in Nashville and our caterers destroyed the garbage disposal on a Saturday Night. We called ARS Rescue Rooter and John B. returned our call ASAP. We find out he was in the middle of a job and was over an hour away. When he completed his other job he came immediately and saved the day. Now tomorrow our film crew will be able to eat on schedule. I highly recommend anyone looking for service to call Rescue Rooter and request John B. John B. 03/07/16 |

Jason Garner is very friendly, knowledgeable, explained the entire remedy to our problem. Very thorough in checking all of our heating system. Recommended reasonable repair procedure. Ordered parts and will return in a timely manner. Careful of how he entered our home, making sure his protective shoe covers were on. Great personality. Would highly recommend his service to anyone. Extremely satisfied. Salesman came out and the next day the installers were here as planned. It was a rainy day and they put down the floor protection and wore their booties inside the house. The noise was minimal and all of the workers were considerate and very knowledgeable. Josh W. went above and beyond as did Josh G., Cooper and Joey. We had two techs Josh Walton and Joey Duffle install a new HVAC unit at our home.
They were polite, worked hard, and did an excellent job installing the unit. These gentlemen
should receive a pay raise from ARS, and I would recommend these techs as well as the
service tech, and salesmen. The salesman did not push us to buy the most expensive unit, but made recommendations that best met our needs. I highly recommend ARS/ Rescue Rooter of

John B***** replaced our gas water heater this week. It was ordered and installed the same day. He did an excellent job and did not quit until he was certain that everything was perfect. Our water pipes burst the night before the blizzard of 2016. It was such a mess, but through out the entire process, Richard P. , John B. and team were fantastic. We have been ARS customers for many years, but these guys really took the time to explain exactly what the problem(s) were and different options to fix. He did an excellent job, taking most of his day since so much of the system was out of code. I would recommend him strongly if you are having a problem. On January 21st at approximately 9am Vanessa gave me a call and told me her guys were on the way to my girlfriends house. i arrived and found 2 of the guys already changing out the old outside unit and preparing for the new to be put on the pad. I opened the door and the other 2 guys got to work getting into the attic and working on getting the old air handler down where they could install the new one.The whole Home Depot/ ARS team was awesome. Keith Wagner and Joshua Walton installed our new heating unit in the coldest day we have had this January. The whole ARS team was knowledgable and professional. They solved our problem quickly and efficiently. Our heating and air unit went out in the early hours of the morning and we had a service call, sales call and install before dark on the same day. We knew we needed to replace the upstairs heater before Nashville's first deep-freeze of the year. I was amazed how quickly ARS was able to get the installers to our house.
