ARS of Nashville with the crew of Joshua W., Kevin J., and Amir C. was fantastic. They were professional, courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done. The crew arrived right on time, stayed on task and completed the job even though it rained the entire time they were at my house. Joshua was lead on the job and kept things moving right along. Amir was in training and he remained focused and asked questions if there was anything he was not certain of. I would recommend this crew and company to anyone looking for a responsible, respectable and reliable company. The service that I received from ARS and installer Kevin J. was above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed with the customer courtesy & professionalism that was given to my husband, myself and also my residence. Each time any of the installers came into my house they would wear protective booties. It was raining and I mean raining heavy yet they continued to work as if it were a sunny day. The gentlemen set up a canopy to cover the work area and I never heard them say one negative thing about being in the rain. I was kept informed on the steps taken to complete the replacement of my air handler, thermostat & outside unit. I was impressed with the care taken around my plants as the outside unit is landscaped. I can not say enough nice things about the crew that came. When he ran into unexpected complications due to how the previous unit was installed, he made quick work of correcting the problems.

We just had 2 new central air conditioner heat pumps installed today. ARS has been extremely professional in all my dealing with them in the purchase and installation of these units. This was an expensive purchase, but everyone at ARS made us feel very comfortable with our decision. Eric with whom we signed the purchase agreement was VERY knowledgeable. The next day, Alex ******* and Johnny ****** did the install and worked hard all day in the high temperatures never stopping until the work was complete. I have used ARS many times over the past 7 years and they have always been quick to respond. A friend in the industry told me most companies were quoting weeks for repair but ARS got me set up in days. HVAC specialist Ryan S. helped me fix an airflow issue that another contractor had messed up years ago ... and just in time for the summer heat. Our gas hot water heater broke a few days ago and water went everywhere in the garage. We needed a replacement ASAP, so I went to Home Depot and purchased one and they had it installed by the ARS/Rescue Rooter Company from Nashville, TN (4071 Powell Avenue). The installer was John Burris. Now, I had many installers came to my house in the past 30-35 years, but this guy actually now his job COLD! I don't usually give such a high review (unless they deserve it of course), but John Burris deserves it. So, if you want a truly professional job, ask for John Burris, you'll not regret it.
